We had the misfortune of staying when a youngsters’ lacrosse team was in town for a tournament. We tolerated the excitement - gatherings in the hall outside our room, running across the floor upstairs and down the corridor upstairs, etc etc. We had no wish to put a damper on their enthusiasm (adults and team members alike), but we do wish the hotel staff had assigned us a room far away from the disturbances!

The staff was wonderful !… Our children enjoyed the pool time, and hot tub relaxing for the adults !.. Definitely would stay again when we visit Collingwood !

The hotel was very nice. We went as a family of 4, and our reason was to ski at Blue Mountain. The hotel was affordable, clean, very nice and courteous staff. The complimentary breakfast was good both days. We will definitely consider coming back next year.

I did not like anything and would not give 3 stars for this property. My family of 7 did not have a good sleep overnight, due to the constant sound of cooling/heating fans from the adjacent Home Depot building. When complained to receptionist, the response was "we cannot control the Home Depot". They did not even apologize not to mention try to change the rooms to the other, quiet side. Also, the property doubled the price for the long weekend. We spent $1760 for two nights and did not get an adequate service value for this amount at all.

This is our second time to go on this hotel and we highly recommend...the room is very clean and the even the pool..breakfast in the morning is perfect and my family love it...for sure we gonna go back again on this place...

Location of the the property is absolutely perfect! It is close to amenities. It is clean and staff is great! Wish the breakfast area was larger, it does get very busy in the morning and seating for families is limited. Otherwise, it is a very clean and family friendly place to stay.

Staff gave us an early check in which we SO appreciated, and even made sure to speak quietly so as not to wake our sleeping baby :)
