We booked the room last minute for the family and we were very happy we picked this hotel. The room was very clean and it had a table and chairs outside the room for my husband and I to relax together while the kids slept. The gentleman at the desk was very pleasant and inviting. Overall it was a great experience at this hotel. We will definitely be back.

Staff was super friendly and the view of the water was beautiful! Room was small for family of four but beds were super comfy with the perfect amount of blankets and extra pillows readily available. Coffee was restocked each day, which is nice. Shower would be short for tall people, but water pressure was great. Even though it’s right by busy traffic, our room was perfectly quiet and no cigarette smell entered our room despite neighboring hotel guests smoking outside.

I was expecting not so good with price I paid but surprisingly, everything was excellent. From a smooth check in, very warm and welcoming staff, easy breezy parking, walking distance restaurants, to super clean room! They provided blowdryers, extra pillows, coffee station with hot chocolate packets for those who doesn't drink coffee or in our case - our kids, toiletries, clean white towels, and more!!! Location is so convenient and to add on that is a free parking. Where can we get free nowadays? 5/5 stars for me!! Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Had to stay in St.Catherines due to an emergency. The first night stayed at a big name chain hotel which pride itself on being an upper level 4-5 star hotel. The second night I stayed at the Capri for half the price of the big chain. The Capri was not only a better value, it was a better room. Bed was more comfortable. The room was nicely renovated and the grounds and location were great. I would definitely recommend this nice family run business.

This is a super clean family-run hotel, with great value for the money on room rates. This is our third stay at Capri Inn, and we certainly will be coming back to stay again! The location is excellent, with great restaurants close by, and the QEW also nearby. This is also the third time we were able to see wild swans from our room's window (ask for a room that faces the water)!

This is a family-run inn, and it is spotlessly clean and a great value for the money. This is our second stay at the Capri, and it was every bit as nice as the first - we will be coming back!! Thank you, Bobby for the excellent service and dining suggestions! Our room's window looked out at the water, and we had six wild swans in view from our window for all four of the days we stayed - an unexpected bonus!

Check in super quick and VERY friendly. We were given an upgraded room to allow more space for our family which was very thoughtful and a nice personal touch. The room was very clean, beds were comfortable, large TV, fast free wifi and a great heating system. Bathroom was spotless with all toiletries provided. Missions and juice available in the morning which was an unexpected touch. All on top of the extremely convenient location (one driveway away from the 403 but absolutely silent in the room-no traffic or adjacent room noise at all) with lots of food choices on the same street.
