My family and I had a great time at this hotel! It’s a great location. Just the right distance from the falls and touristy parts. There is an outlet right across the street. The rooms had a lot of space.

Luxury hotel, with great amenities and close to the outlet mall, Niagara Falls and Niagara-on-the-lake. The best part though was service. The place is large with many staff, but feels like a family place, where staff are ready to help and all seem happy to be there, some of them working there for decades!

Took the kids on a one night get away for Easter! Everything from the check in to the pool to the room was EXCELLENT! My daughter wanted to hit up a massage and the spa for next time! Super close to Niagara on the Lake too! Great trip!!!

There are tennis courts, a gym, hot tub, pool, spa, restaurant/bar and cafe on site. Great family hotel, or hotel for a night away with your spouse or girlfriends. You can walk across the street to an outdoor shopping center and close drive to Niagra on the Lake downtown.

Great getaway stay with my wife. Alexa from the front desk made our stay even more comfortable. She went above and beyond by leaving us chocolate covered strawberries in our room. We had told her that we were new parents and as a Christmas gift to each other we decided on having a childless night away. She left us a thoughtful card along with our strawberries. Excellent stay with great staff service

We stayed at White oaks for the squash tournament last week. Buffet breakfast was served for the athletes and staff. We were trying to figure out how to pay for an extra person, but no one seemed to know the answer. Christina, the dining manager, kindly let the child eat first. She then personally brought me to the Play Bar & Grill and helped sort it out with another staff over there. She was so helpful and professional. I wouldn't have had breakfasts with my boy if Christina wasn't there to assist. Thanks again!
