Lovely junior sweet, with traditional charm. Outside wall is a foot thick stone wall, and nicely done updates are a good match to that era, but modern. Bed and linen were confortable. Service was very good, but no staff on site past 5pm, though there is a number you can call if you need anything. It is an Inn, not a hotel, so do not expect a pool or gym. There is an Italian restaurant adjacent to the lobby, but we opted for the Keg steakhouse across the street the street. Not a cheap option, but I would definitely recommend.

I love this hotel, I love the location, the staff and the ascetic, I also love the spa attached and the restaurant. I do think however that they are in need of a renovation, probably some structural things need to be done ...I couldn't tell, but if some re-upholstery was done that would upgrade this hotel tremendously...just in the same rich dark burgundy leather. I would definitely come back and bring my family again we all enjoyed ourselves.

I love the beautiful architecture and history. The restoration of this property is amazing! There has been so much attention to detail, such a lovely place to relax & rejuvenate. The staff have been very friendly & helpful. Will definitely recommend to friends & family & will return to stay for sure!

We stay at the Stone Mill every Christmas while visiting family. The staff were friendly and the room clean and inviting. The property is a bit dated but still would recommend staying here.
