Great stay with family and pet

My family and I stayed at the Staybridge suites Niagara on the lake from July 2nd- 7th 2024 we found our stay a bit unsatisfactory because 1. For their continental breakfast There were absolutely no accommodations for Muslim guests. The front desk stated that pork was all they had. 2. Housekeeping was a bit negligent. During the first 4 nights we had to request clean linen, paper towels and bath tissue twice and when they finally came they left dirty silverware on the countertop. (The dishwasher was full). However there were some great amenities such as a stove stop, full fridge/freezer that makes ices, a sink and dishwasher in the room. There is an indoor that stayed open until 11pm and they have gas grills and a fire pit that we were able to use.

It was one of the best hotels I have ever gone to. Honestly it was just wonderful. My husband and I stayed this weekend, but next time we will be coming with our kids! Thank you staybridge for giving us such a relaxing weekend at your hotel! Looking forward to staying with you agian!

Clean, friendly staff, great pool for kids, good breakfast

the rooms were perfect with 2 kids, mall with the eatery food court across the highway was great. Pool room was very humid and was hard to sit in there and watch the kids in the pool. breakfast was good, staff was very friendly ,

Perfect location, off the highway, close to outlet centre and restaurants. Lots of parking which is included in the rate. We chose this place to accommodate our dog. Our one bedroom King suite was perfect, with all the amenities to truly enjoy the space. We were given a room on a “pet floor.” This was great because we felt fellow guests and staff here understand that our dog is part of our family. We did hear barking next door (off and on) but we were able to tolerate it. Management pre-booking answered all our questions. Front desk staff very polite and efficient (we asked for early check in and extra pillows). The only downside is, it would be nice if windows open (even slightly) to allow for airflow but I do understand this is not a common feature in hotels. Will recommend and stay here again next time we’re in the area.

Our stay was amazing. The staff was friendly and most important to us was how clean the room was .Great place for families.Close to shopping and you can drive to the beautiful small town on Niagara on the Lake,also take the scenic root to Niagara falls.
