Clean, friendly staff, great pool for kids, good breakfast

the rooms were perfect with 2 kids, mall with the eatery food court across the highway was great. Pool room was very humid and was hard to sit in there and watch the kids in the pool. breakfast was good, staff was very friendly ,

Perfect location, off the highway, close to outlet centre and restaurants. Lots of parking which is included in the rate. We chose this place to accommodate our dog. Our one bedroom King suite was perfect, with all the amenities to truly enjoy the space. We were given a room on a “pet floor.” This was great because we felt fellow guests and staff here understand that our dog is part of our family. We did hear barking next door (off and on) but we were able to tolerate it. Management pre-booking answered all our questions. Front desk staff very polite and efficient (we asked for early check in and extra pillows). The only downside is, it would be nice if windows open (even slightly) to allow for airflow but I do understand this is not a common feature in hotels. Will recommend and stay here again next time we’re in the area.

Our stay was amazing. The staff was friendly and most important to us was how clean the room was .Great place for families.Close to shopping and you can drive to the beautiful small town on Niagara on the Lake,also take the scenic root to Niagara falls.

Perfect for families

Nice, clean hotel with a comfortable room, very quiet and perfect for a family with kids.

No electric plug in for electric car. The staff very help ful with our baby

What I like about is the mini kitchen. I was able to cook for my children. They are picky eater and don’t really want to go downstairs for breakfast. Another I love is the sofa bed that can fit two person. Overall it was an amazing vacation and stay.

The room was spacious and very clean. Having a full kitchen with two young children was extremely beneficial and made our travel more convenient. The staff was always happy and welcoming when entering the hotel. This hotel surpassed all our expectations and we will definitely be staying here again next time we are in the area. Thank you to all staff for doing an amazing job.
