Four Points by Sheraton St. Catharines Niagara Suites

We stayed here for our wedding. Got married at Club Roma and it’s nicely located only a 10minute drive from the venue. A big plus for us is that they are dog friendly as our dog was our ring bearer. They were super accommodating and we saw a few dogs during our stay but didn’t hear any barking! We stayed in the penthouse/ executive suite to go all out for our special day. It was very clean and spacious. Bed and pillows were very comfortable and there was lots of space for us 7 girls to get ready! Only wish there was a larger size fridge as it was only a mini fridge. We had lots of friends and family stay at the hotel too and everyone enjoyed their stay and even the standard rooms were a good size and quite nice. They also have a pool which a few people enjoyed as well as an option for breakfast which I was told was decent. Would stay here again if ever in St. Catharines again!

Staff was very friendly and helpful! It's very quiet place to stay and the area seems very safe. Me and my family took an evening walk across the street at a park that's nearby! There also is a Tim Horton's and McDonald's in walking distance of the hotel.

This hotel is showing its age. The pool isn’t very nice & needs an upgrade; my family was disappointed. The rooms are okay; ready for a deep clean & upgrade.

We booked a suite with a sofa bed for a family wedding. We had 3 ppl staying at the room and needed that sofa bed . We payed extra for a bigger room , when we got there the sofa bed would not pull out . Since we were running late for the wedding we thought the sofa bed might be broken. After the wedding the sofa bed still did not work . At 2 am we decided to just sleep since we were all tired . My mom who had the bed said she felt itchy all night , in the morning we saw blood stains and fuzzy all over the beds sheet , it looked like the sheets were not fresh . In the am we finally went to front desk , he assured us we were wrong and the sofa bed worked and we must not know how to use it . I asked the staff to pull out the sofa bed to show us , it was then when they realized they gave us a sofa , not a sofa bed . We also showed them the blood stained sheets to front desk . We do not recommend this hotel due to the false advertisement stated on Expedia , we payed extra for a certain room and did not get what we payed for . Also, the sheets in our room were stained with blood and seemed like they were not fresh.

The suite was perfect size and great for families

The location was perfect for our needs. Room size was great for having family come and visit. The resturant food/menu/breakfast was really good but if you’d rather McD’s, Tim Hortens and other restaurants are within walking distance. Parts of the building are under repair but no noise and contained to outer wall of pool area. Great place for travelling with pets!

Great place to stay , have stayed many times while visiting family .

We had high hopes for this property since the price was much higher than the other hotels in the area. When you walk in the hotel looks beautiful, the main lobby seems to be very invested unlike the rooms and the hallways. Our room did not have a closet, the iron and ironing board was on the floor which is a huge safety hazard specially for kids which we have two of. The second safety hazard was the broken ac/heater which was broken in the middle with exposed sharp plastic. The other thing we were very disappointment with was that one of the bed sheets had a big yellow stain. The bathroom door also did not close correctly. All in all we were very unhappy with the room and hotel, the pool was tiny and the areas of the gym and pool were dirty and seemed like it had not been cleaned for a while. Very disappointed.

Rooms were big and private. The rooms allowed us to put the kids to bed and let us stay up.

Main issue was the fact the housekeeping staff waz extrememey loud at 9am the next morning waking up our family over a period of 30 minutes. Check out was noon so not so sure why they were out front our door that long and that loud. We had to open our door andctell them to be quiet abd courteous. We also filed a complaint at the front desk. They did nothing.The buffet in the morning was limited and certainly not worth $25 per person. 2 coffees were $7 for paying guests! Tim hortons abd mcdonalds across the street but thats it. University area, nothing there, you need to drive 10 minutes into town. Rooms were nice though. Family suite size was perfect for the 5 of us with a separate bedroom. Also no room service although advertised. Apparentky only offered on alternate nights!! Was shocked seeing this is a Sheraton Marriot Bonvoy hotel.
