Hilton Garden Inn Niagara-on-the-Lake

Hotel is in a great location. Restaurant staff at both breakfast and dinner were extremely slow and unmotivated. It was easier to get my own tea/coffee at the self service than wait on the staff to bring it. Hotel staff was rude about my service animal, and made it difficult when it really shouldn’t be. Especially when there were children running around the restaurant, lobby, and down the halls until 11pm but my service animal that is quiet and doesn’t deserve others is the problem.

The only thing I didn't like was the price which seemed exorbitant but we had a family gathering.

It was a standard stay for my family. We like it easy-going, and the location is convenient for any access. It is highly recommended.

We stayed for 2 nights this family day long weekend. It was my second stay here. We came in March of last year. I noticed a difference between the two stays. We got an accessible room with a king bed. Its was spacious and clean. That is the pro. The con was we were next to the elevator so it was constantly noisey and the plumbing for the hotel is terrible. We were on the 3rd floor and any time someone above us had a shower or used their tap there was an extreme loud and abnoxious noise from the wall. It is not insulated or sound proofed well. We were woken at midnight by people above us taking showers and loud pipe noise. Terrible plumbing design! Also the bed was very frumpy and too soft. The mattress needs changing from over use. We were happy with the location though and the market in the lobby it had great selection of booze, snacks, treats ect.

Excellent property spend good time with the family definitely would recommend and look forward to come back again

The hotel is an easy 20 minute drive to Old Town Niagara-on-the-Lake. Having EV chargers made the difference for me. Pet and family friendly.

This is one of our favourite places to stay,, I think this is the third time. Rooms are are good size. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is a decent size, clean and well appointed. We had a tasty breakfast (extra fee). We enjoyed the pool, which is open to 11 pm, and we used it after the kids left... We recommend this place.

Everything was as expected. However, the beds are not very comfortable and they provide 4 child size, low quality pillows in a king size bed. Really quite a sad state of affairs for comfort on the bed. Bring additional pillows.

Had an amazing time during our recent stay with our entire family. Rooms were clean, parking was on site and free, only 15 minutes to Niagara Falls. Really enjoyed their complimentary coffee in the mornings and staffs hospitality. Would definitely use them again in the future and recommend to family and friends!
