I booked this room as part of a plan for my wife to have some time for herself without little ones constantly at her for Mother's Day weekend. However, within 5 minutes of revealing the surprise details to my wife, she told me she could not stay there. She asked a colleague about it and said it's known for drugs and hookers. Her own searches raised red flags for her that aligned with the colleague's feedback. I was duped by 8.2 rating. Lessons learned, won't make the same mistake twice.

It was a small inn with safe parking and large rooms including a decent fridge. The patio door didn’t lock properly and was only secured with metal bar. The pool was open very odd hours and not convenient with kids. Breakfast was included and stated 6:30 - 10am but it wasn’t available till 7 which wasn’t helpful since we had to be gone before 8am for our tournament. Modern conveniences were missing - no USB outlets and the towels were in poor condition.

Very nice and cozy hotel. The stuff are exceptionally polite, nice and professional. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast was very good. My kids enjoyed waffles very much. I wish we knew there is a pool tabe, we would definitely use it. The only negative i can say is that the pool was VERY cold. We could not use at all. The stuff was nice to turn the warmer on, but it is too big and need at lease couple of days to warm up. In my opinion if swimming pool is advertised it has to be warm enough to use it. When we arrive the temperature there was no more then 18 degrees Celsius. Other then that i will definitely recomend this hotel to my friends and family.

This was our second stay here in 2 months due to family issues. We were happily surprise on the upgrades in just two months. The breakfast is now in the lower level entertainment area. (I will review the tea house where the breakfast was serviced before at the end) They are adding a gym, conference room and a pool table area. The number one thing we look for in a hotel is the cleanliness and Fullerton Manor exceeded our expectations. Everything in our room was spotless clean. This is an older hotel and it is showing its age. But it looks like the family is doing upgrades everywhere. The breakfast use to be serviced at the tea house. The tea house (VTea) is now open for business. It is a bubble tea house lots of food and drinks available. It is outstanding. Great tea and good food at a great price. Definitely worth going too.

I liked that they had a family room. I didn’t like that they claim to be accessible. They had stairs to get into the front door and again stairs to get to the desk to register. The accessible entry was their emergency exit which someone from the front desk had to go open the door. The ramp to get to the door was too steep for an individual to manage independently. Talk about segregation. Garbage was left under a sitting bench in the room and two of the three mugs had coffee residue in the bottom, gross. Staff was kind and courteous. Also breakfast was hot dogs! Really!!

Lovely little hotel, family friendly, clean. Less than 10 minutes away from the falls. Would stay again.

The young woman at the front desk was extremely caring and professional. We travelled for a family funeral and the room was very noisy so we got very little rest. We were on the lower level next to the office and someone was talking so loudly on the phone after 1 p.m. I was unable to fall asleep. Noises in hallway and slamming doors. Traffic from the street was loud. The air conditioning was old and very dirty. My husband has a lung condition and it caused problems for him. Unusual heat in Niagara and their ice maker was not functioning. I would not stay there again.

The beds were clean enough but there was a stain on one, stains on the walls, a hole in the wall from the door handle, paint peeling, and the lock did t work on the patio door. We had a disabled person in our party and not only were there no railings on the stairs in the lobby, but to exit the ground floor room, there was a big drop with no railing. I can’t imagine children or elders here or anyone needing a handrail of any sort. They could have fallen at anytime and then what?

The outside facade of the building looks very nice; a vintage type of inn. Staff are helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. We did not use the pool so cannot comment on that. Inside was tired and shabby; needing some sprucing up. Beds were comfortable and clean, but the carpets didn't look great. For a family, it might be cost effective if you don't care about amenities. The breakfast was awful. Wieners, some kind of sausage, make your own toast, hard boiled eggs and waffles made one at a time by the staff. They were just ok. There was yogourt and orange juice. We made do, but would not return again.

Very old property with only few renovations. Service is more like family owned business than a franchise. Overall the experience is ok but quite overpriced for what it actually is in comparison to many other options.
