Sterling Inn & Spa - an Ontario's Finest Inn

Hotel was excellent. Location, staff and conditions were 10 out of 10. Will definitely recommend to family and also be beck myself. Breakfast in bed was a nice touch too.

This is my fave place ever. I always stay here for years and love the service. Love the breakfast in bed and the robes and the jazz music in the rooms. Close enough to the Falls and far enough away from the noise. It was quiet when I went so I was able to get the room I wanted for a great price. Thank you for the surprise upgrade, that felt really nice. Staff are fantastic! Greg and Mia and Anna always make me feel like family on special occasions when I visit. . I highly recommend this place.

It was a great experience. Huge rooms that are perfect for families. Also I forgot some items in the room after check out and the staff had called me to inform me. Very friendly staff that made for an amazing experience.

I have stayed here a dozen times and we send our customers who win at our draws to help money at sick kids children hospital. The service, room and the breakfast in bed is the best of the best! We stumbled across this hotel during Covid and now no other hotel in Niagara can come close!

Located just a short walk from the Ferris Wheel and related attractions, this unassuming looking hotel boasts beautiful spacious rooms, an amazing high end restaurant, a full service spa, and super-friendly employees. In fact, we will definitely stay here again if Greg and Debra are still there, they were absolutely fantastic! The front doors were a little difficult to navigate for my wife, in a wheelchair with a fractured ankle, but the staff was quick to come hold the door for us. It is not within walking distance to the Falls, but it is a short drive. The only problem with that is the cost of parking near the Falls can be steep. Also, you cannot see the Falls or the fireworks from this hotel. If you're only here for the Falls, this may not be the place for you to stay. However, if you want to explore other local attractions, or if you have kids with you, this place is very conveniently close to some great family entertainment.

Amazing! We arrived and Expedia and falsely advertised the rooms and we did not get a tub. Greg rectified the situation and gave us a junior suite which was a beautiful room! He was so kind and helpful on where to go in Niagara Falls. He also saved us another mistake on booking a tour. It was very quiet and just a pleasant place. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Staff were excellent,friendly would tell my family and friends about the hotel and we will be back very soon.
