Perfect location and View, clean near to most of the attractions. No vegetraian and not many options in kids menu for Lunch.

My stay was amazing. I love the tub. It’s been a while I had a nice bath my children loved it. but the fan and the Jacuzzi were a little loud The pool was amazing. I eat supper at the hotel and it was awesome and delicious. But just on my last night, I got a little frantic over three spiders in the window it was in between the cut off noise and really hope we didn’t disturb anybody and if we did, we are sorry thank you so much. I can’t wait to come back and stay here when I come back to Niagara.

The room had a great view but the washroom is so bad. Water from the walk in shower is coming out flooding the floor entirely and water is coming out from the drainage in front of the cosmetics countertop. We were checking for convenient hotels for next year where we will be bringing our entire family. I hope you would be able to fix room 710 ASAP! Thanks!

Enjoyed stay with family.

We had a room with a view of the falls and it was one of the highlights of the trip. We also had a separate couch area that was nice with traveling with our recently home from college child. Excellent view, great service. Walkable to many things. Right above the tram that will take you to the Niagara falls park entry. Nice smooth elevators. Morton's was enjoyable, room service was great and Starbucks is located in the lobby. Great location!

Myself, my two kids both under 3 years old and my wife checked into the hotel room Friday. It wasn’t clean, thinking the next day it would be cleaned when we get back from the trip we took to the state around 12pm.. we got back to the hotel around 7:48pm and our room still wasn’t cleaned. I’m ready to get lawyers involve in this matter.

The staff was amazing especially Shelly who helped me checked in when we arrived. The hotel is walking distance to everything. I would come back and stay at this hotel again and recommend the hotel to my family and friends.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The hotel was accessible to most excursions we booked within the area. The view from our room was spectacular. I would definitely return for another family trip.

Overall this hotel was average. Our check-in was nearly an hour long wait in line. The bathroom was covered in hair when we got into our room. Bathroom was very out dated. One of the queen beds was actually broken so with two people on it, it was like a teeter totter. To round out our trip, on the morning of checkout, we had the privacy sign on our door, and at 9:30, while stepping out of the shower, housekeeping knocked and less than 5 seconds later entered the room. Our whole family was getting ready, changing, and having someone walk in was not ok. Parking was extremely expensive considering the lot is a 5 minute walk away, and it was snowing and cold. Staff at front desk were average, and following a clear script. Definitely didn’t feel welcomed, rather a simple customer / just another number. Would stay again, but with minimal expectations. Executive suite had a great view, and room was spacious.
