My family love bloom so much!!!

Most horrible hotel I have ever stayed. If you are a parent to a toddler, this is NOT the place for you. The reason why I chose this hotel was because of the hard wood flooring. HOWEVER, when my toddler started to crawl on the floor, his knee was completely black, our socks were completely black because the floor was DIRTY! if you are thinking of staying, bring your own mop to clean the floor. Room is not well soundproof. You can hear the planes flying over your room. If you want the experience of being in the plane without being in one, this is the place for you. Every sound you make in your room can be heard outside of your hotel room. Cannot fill water in the tub. Because I had a toddler, I asked for an extended stay, they gave me an hour more, which put us 12pm. I was grateful until the cleaner opened the door suddenly at 10:35pm. I was embarrassed. Dining experience was skeptical. I was looking forward to it because there were reviews that says clients were served like a 5 star hotel.lol jokes. Coffee mugs were dirty, it was as if they forgot to do dishwash. There is only 1 high chair that is plastic from evenflow and it is filthy! The cloth seats was completely filled with food, the surroundings still had food from previous toddler. When I asked the waiter if I could have something to wipe with, he says, the high chair was wiped by previous person. If you are looking for a fancy hotel with terrible service and poor condition this is perfect for you.

We stayed in two rooms, one on the 6th (top) floor and a junior suite on the 5th floor. Both rooms were very clean and had modern fixtures. The room on the 6th floor faced West and was very quiet. The junior suite faced NE and we were subjected to the very loud noise from planes passing overhead to land at the Pearson airport. The hotel is good, if you book a room here, insist on a room facing the West side.

The staff was excellent, accommodating and quick to answer any questions. We received a free upgrade that was remarkable and would definitely recommend to our friends and family.

The property us new and clean nice but the room i had the bed sheet was wrinkled i ask for new bed sheet i was advise that all the bed sheet are wrinkled this is how their dryers is not working well..thank the remote didn't have battery i have to ask for the battery when the hotel attendent come he knock my room door like he want to break it down the time i get to the door he has already open the door ...i was juste shock what if i was nacked or in the bed making love? I found it inappropriate and unprofessional..everytime i hope the door it will hope wide like for peoples with disability.. Access. I wouldn't recommend any family or friend

Not kid friendly, no baby cribs available. No gluten free dining options. Limited servise hours. Inconsistent room cleaning.

Very noisy area. Near airport and trucks. Not recommended for family stay

A lovely hotel in an industrial area, handy to airport and to family in Brampton. Would stay again.

WOW!!! Thank you to Bloom for the amazing hospitality and professionalism my wife and I experienced this past weekend. So I decided to surprise my wife with a much needed and deserved time away for a few days. I called the hotel on several occasions to make sure the plans I had for her would go trough smoothly and everyone I spoke with was absolutely amazing but I have to make mention of one particular individual who surpassed my expectations... ISRAELA, I hope your boss will let you read this review. You my dear were nothing short of AMAZING from the moment I heard you answer the phone to the moment you delivered my wife's flowers, you were absolutely a breath of fresh air. From the moment I told you my plans on the phone, you made me feel so reassured that my plan would go through without a hitch. I would call and you would pickup the phone and speak to me like you knew me for years. I felt like family for the two days. I can tell you really love your job! I have never wrote a good review like this about a hotel as there is usually always something that you can find to complain about at every hotel. This is my first hotel that I have nothing bad to say and I travel quite often for work. We definitely will be coming back to this hotel. Please keep up the great work Bloom Staff!

Very nice hotel staff are really friendly. The only downfall would be the temperature of the pool it was so cold my children love the pool but they wanted leave within minutes of being in there.
