Our recent family stay at Hilton Garden Inn Toronto Brampton West was truly exceptional. The rooms were spacious, and clean providing a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, offering excellent service with a smile. Room amenities were excellent and beds were very comfortable. We will definitely be returning when we visit Toronto next.

The Property was exactly how it looked online clean, elegant. The ambiance is beautiful the sleep was comfortable. I would highly recommend anyone of my family or friends to stay one or two nights there beautiful

I will just focused on their service .i never seen a hotel did not provide a botle of water if asked. I think managment should focussed and trained their employees to developlng customer service skills . Staffs are mannerless not even smile at their face . Never book to stay qgain and wont be recommending to friends and family

Convenient location. The buffet breakfast was average. There weren’t too many choices. I booked a number of rooms for relatives who came for a family member’s funeral but I encountered one staff who wasn’t helpful and not friendly at all.

A short family trip to attend a wedding in the area. Overall a very pleasant experience. Staff was friendly and helpful. Check in and check out process was quick and efficient. The property is clean and maintained well. We recommend it.

Property was good in general. However, on the last night, kids were playing hockey in the hallway with pucks hitting the walls and doors. Even after 2 calls to reception this continued till 11.45pm. Absolutely ridiculous when others were trying to sleep.

Property and staff in general were good. However, on the last night, the noise of kids playing hockey in the hallway was awful. Even after calling reception twice, it continued till 11.45 pm. The hockey pucks were hitting off our door. It's not a good look for the hotel.

Stayed for family reunion. Toronto is my hometown. Nice hotel and clean. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Mediocre cable selection. You should provide a free breakfast like most hotels in the states. Maybe that’s not normal in Canada.
