we have a great stay. so clean and qiuet. i cant say enough good things about their staff they were awesome and so helpful. cleaning staff was great they keep the hotel so clean its amazing. my kids loved the stay there. will be going back when i need a hotel stay for sure. great service

I didn't like that my plans where cancelled on me and that made me a lier to my kids.

love the hotel but they front desk cant run one .. ive wkrked in the hotel industry for years snd they made a mistake and i.got the downfall of it . I stayed for like 8 days the front desk nanger very rude unprofessional il yake all my business ?/family/ frienfd elsewhwee.

I was trying to check in with the short form of my name. Which is on some of my ID. They gave me a hard time because the reservation was under my full legal name. For some reason this is not clear and they had a hard time understanding. Once this was solved I went to the room. I too my shoes off and walked between the bed and tv. My socks stuck to the floor. It's carpet! The repairs made in the room were not finished. (in the shower) The A/C unit started with a bang each time. IT was "74" when I got in there. I had it set at 68 and went to the pool. When I returned it said "68" but my thermometer said "73" Something was not right and it was quite hot in there for quite some time. Trying to get into the pool. "Nobody is granted access to the pool unless the front desk determines that you are permitted to go in" Apparently this guy claims they have had too many "rowdy people so now they allow 1 ONE family at a time!!!!!" I was very disappointed with this hotel. I stay in hotels every week.
