The check in was great but the restaurant there is 5 of us and they only had 2 menus I asked for another and she said ok then came back and said there was no more! Ordered food for the children one came right away the second one took well over half hour which was just the angus burger they got the order wrong and we said it three times it still came wrong so had to send it back however when it did finally come our granddaughter said it was really really good and my grandson enjoyed his chicken fingers he said it was great! No choices for vegan food but that’s ok we just did skip the dishes! The room is great love the decor very old fashion!
The room is for 5 people we requested more towels etc got them instantly

I received a hotel upgrade to the Penthouse: dining room, three bathrooms, two story suite and two bedrooms. Although there was a few quirks, no complaints about my stay, and mentioned to staff when I checked out for some minor repairs. Staff was very friendly, and would accomodate you during your stay.
There is free coffee, lattes, and hot chocolate in the lobby available 24/7, made with fresh beans brewed in about 60 seconds. My favourite part of the stay was the lattes, as there is no convenient spot for coffee outside the hotel
I felt very safe staying alone at this hotel, as the local police station were across the street. Radisson is close to Pearson Airport. I used 7-11 Cab to get to the Airport, they were quick at pick ups from the Radisson Toronto west Airport location.
The hot tub was very hot and awesome, the wet sauna was very clean. The indoor pool was also heated slightly, and good for families.

I’ve stayed at this hotel in the past and it’s been a wonderful experience except for time,
I didn’t use the pool the last time but this time I had the kids with me and they wanted to go swimming. The pool was freezing, thankfully the hot tub was warm, when we went to get out there was only 1 towel on the rack.. back in our room we went to shower at which time we noticed there was only 2 towels for 4 people..that ended up not being a problem as there was no hot water when we went to shower :(
The hotel itself is beautiful and the staff is always available.

We didn’t mind that the hotel isn’t “new” but we did not have power right when we got there and it seemed like it was an inconvenience to have someone come look at it. Sunday morning there was a power outage and once again who ever picked up the phone seemed like we were bothering them with a question. Also, at check out when we tried to address our concerns the FOH employee was cold and didn’t really hear us out. Getting two small kids ready in the dark isn’t fun. I think just the overall disregard for guests and not being approachable by the staff put a sour taste in our mouth.

This is technically billed as an airport hotel near Toronto Pearson. However, it’s a solid 15 minute Uber drive to the airport. The all suite hotel features large enough accommodations but they are dark and full of dark wood furnishings and a sofa that require updating. The mini fridge and microwave are nice additions. The dark wood furniture shows it’s wear and is far from hip or cool. It’s more banker style. I was in a pinch after my flight was cancelled and I had to spend another unexpected night in Toronto. I got a decent deal on Expedia for $160 a night which I was very pleased with. This hotel is worth paying under $180 and would suffice for a family of four. If you can’t get in for $180 or less, I would pass and find something newer and fresher. Raddison is a well known and respected national brand for mid level hotels. However, many are franchises that skimp a little. Many reviews don’t take into consideration a price to value ratio. At $180 or less, this hotel is just fine 👍

Because of wedding rush there was so much disturbance on 5th floor where we stayed . By the night at 2am people were still out in corridor with kids running and screaming + banging on our door, while we were tying to sleep . There were few drunk people in corridor as well . I had to call front desk at 1:30am to complain.

The elevator was down so me and my kids had to walk the stairs to level 5. With a carry on suitcase too. So it was a bit rough. Other than that, everything was super.

Arrived at the hotel with my toddler. No one helped me with my big suitcases. After they had checked me in and assigned me a room on the the fifth floor, I was then told that the elevator was not working. The service in the bar area was ok, he got my food order and he was very pleasant.
