What I didn’t like was that the hotel didn’t have enough luggage carrier carts. It made it hard for us especially with a child.

The room was spacious and clean. Everything looked brand new. Overall the stay was excellent and affordable. The only downside was loud kids and the pool was always full with kids. The pool also looked murky. Convenient place around 30min to various big cities with lots of entertainemnt around. Would definitely stay there again.

Great stay! Room was perfect :) the pool was a hit with our family. Breakfast was good, too. Other guests were quite loud in the hallway after we had all gone to bed which was the only issue we had. Will stay again!

Welcoming helpful staff, good sized clean room was equipped with all basic needs stuff including dishes and appliances in kitchenette. Staff were extremely polite and helpful , family oriented place with pool and gym, you won’t be disappointed booking this place for your family visits.

I like that the room was like an apartment and could easily fit my whole family. I felt the curtain to separate the beds ftom the tv and couch could have gone further only because my kids could still watch the tv after they were put to bed. What i didnt like was that the property billed to my credit card before i arrived and then when i put the security deposit on a different card that was the card billed for the whole thing. I had put money on the first card to pay for this not realizing there was a seperate deposit when i asked she said that would be fine to bill one and the deposit on the 2nd.

The staff were very friendly, the property was great for our family. We had three rooms, our grandchildren loved the pool and my one daughter was able to bring her dog. We came for a family funeral and the accommodations were perfect. My only complaint is that I did not receive my Hilton honours points and especially since the double point event is on.

They have cheaply made sliding bathroom door and not properly attached. Very unsafe for the children’s. My spouse cut her fingers while closing the door and had lot of bleeding. I don’t know how they pass safety inspection for the room.Don’t stay in this hotel if you have children and that is not safe for them.

Big room Lots of storage Breakfast staff is very friendly A bit far from everything, but right next to the 407. The sofa bed wasn't really comfortable, even for kids (6 and 8 yo).
