The room was very nice-and there was plenty of room for 4 adults and two children in the two bedroom suite. However they do not have dishes, glasses, cutlery or even any dish soap in the full kitchen. Any other hotel with a kitchen we have stayed at provided the basics. They only provide you with dishes for an extra charge (as if the $450 a night wasn't enough for them). We had to go to dollarama to buy everything after we got there. The breakfast was pretty good however they ask you do not bring any food back to your room but there were not enough tables for everyone to sit in the dining area.

We stayed here to be close to our family friends on the outskirts of Toronto.The hotel is located on the premises of a mall. The hotel in itself is new and decent. The first time in the parking lot is confusing but then it makes sense and is convenient. The only downside was the breakfast which was average and they are understaffed( we had to clean our own tables to get a table)

My stay at Liberty Suits Hotel was a nightmare. Promised a queen bed, got a cramped double. The room was filthy, staff unhelpful, blaming management for issues. Kitchen had no utensils, extra charge for cookware. Room temperature unbearable despite A/C. Asked to switch rooms due to baby, told hotel was full, yet Expedia advertised vacancies. On the upside, free parking was available, and the location had charming Persian and Korean eateries nearby. But these hardly compensated for the overall dismal experience. Avoid at all costs.

Service overall was not that great for this calibre of price range (over 500$ a night). Fridge did not work and made noise so had to be changed during our stay. Had to spend one night not sleeping because they had nobody to change or fix it the first night. We rented a room with a kitchen and there was no cookware, dishes or utensils in the kitchen so had to buy everything. Wifi kept cutting. Very expensive for what we got. Stayed family of 5, we had a 2 bedroom suite. However, rooms are big and comfortable. Hotel is not far from amenities around but still a long drive to downtown Toronto.

We checked in later in the night. Turned on the AC … only to find out when the kids were sleeping it didn’t work. You have to check in before you park - but good luck finding reception or the parking. The rooms were clean at least for the most part. Definitely no VIP for anything so don’t let that fool you. And when I mixed up the date they charged me to change it - even though I was there for a funeral. Avoid.

My family with 2 children had a great time. Short walk to TTC bus 53 or 60 at Steeles that takes you to Finch station. Riding the subway into Toronto was easy and a great experience. It is worth the travel to have a safe and quiet hotel.
