Overall love the stay by the complementary breakfast was actually really gross the pastries were still or still have frozen and cold as if they were frozen the porridge taste like swamp water was not what I was expecting for complementary Breakfast nothing that the kids would even like

I got to the hotel 7pm, and my room was not ready. It was a few hours after regular checkin, how can the room not be ready? On the next day, my privacy was invaded. I had an emergency with my kid, I had to leave in a hurry and I was unable to secure my belongings and valuables, so I put the do not disturb sign on the door and told to the cleaner not to clean the room. When I returned 3-4 hours after, the sign was gone and the cleaner did go into the room and cleaned. I spent the next 6 hours accounting for all my items and my suitcases were all open, laptop was there, valuables, jewelry, cash etc. I reported it to the front lobby who did nothing about it or even acted like they cared. I will never be returning here.

I have used this hotel for almost 10 years and will continue to use it whenever i visit Toronto. it is closed to my brothers' family and the areas my mothet stayed before she passed away. Noth my husband and I satisfied the everything in this hotel.

Friendly and professional staff and super clean rooms helped to make our stay enjoyable and relaxing. We will definitely stay again if and when we come back to visit family in the area. Thanks again.

Booked three nights for family trip to Toronto. If you like Chinese food, it is a very convenient location to abundant selection of traditional Chinese food and supermarket. The staffs are extremely friendly,100%satisfied with the service. The room is little bit old but clean. Easy parking. Free breakfast with very limited selection.

My family and I only stayed for one night and it was very pleasant.

For the past several years we stayed in Monte Carlo Inn in Markham when we came for our yearly family reunion. We stayed for six days this time and for the most part it was comfortable. Unfortunately one night the housekeeping service was not acceptable. The trash can was tipped over to where my shoes were and the garbage was scattered on the floor. We brought this incident to the attention of the Manager by the name of Michael and he has made compensation by reducing $20 for each of the remaining two nights of our stay. We had a similar incident last year when we checked in at 2:00am and discovered the toilet was not flushed. This incident was resolved by Michael as well. I would like to compliment Michael for being a formidable manager and for this reason we stayed as loyal customers. It is my hope that the housekeeping services could be improved.

The room was great. The staff were super nice. Some neighbors in suites near me not courteous . Would talk on phone out side of room at night, let their kids run around late at night. Should advise customers to keep key cards away from cell phone as it demagnatizes it (i found this out the hard way) Overall good stay. I would stay again
