It was a quite even with some renovations happening, this hotel was awesome with all our kids including the fur babies. Staff was excellent, always ready to help. Made sure we had everything we needed when in the breakfast room. Lots of pillows and comfortable beds.

We booked a 2 room suite, and the day of we were called to say it was unavailable. We were provided adjoining rooms at no extra cost. The kids loved having their own space. The hotel was conveniently close to the highway as well as many nice restaurants. The staff was very helpful and kind at all times. I rated the cleanliness at 4 stars simply because the pool was a bit cold and cloudy. We enjoyed our stay, and will definitely stay again.

I booked hotel specifically for the pool as I have a young child and it was for something to do in between visiting family. The pool heater was broken and based on remark, “maintenance guy puts hot water in pool” had been for very long time. Due to Christmas they didn’t even offer that. Will never stay there again. I spent over 300$ at this stay not having access to promised amenities. Awful!

No heating in room, . I had to ask for another room, as it was not offered. The pool was freezing, I could not go in, as it was so cold I would of had a heart attack. I communicated to staff at the hotel prior to arriving, about the pool as it was important to me as I had my grandkids with me. They lied and said the pool is good to go. Ice cold is not good to go. Would not go back.

We were unaware that there are NO pet free rooms on site so all three members of my family (including one who has never had pet allergies) had major reactions to sleeping in the room. For the price, we would have expected some ability to be in a pet free space. The front desk did not answer for calls down to seek additional towels, no support to the room when asked for - generally extremely disappointed with the stay

The hotel is good. I’ve stayed a few times and it’s generally the same every time. Staff is great and friendly. Overall for the price you can’t really beat it. Pool for the kids. Continental breakfast is always a nice bonus. I’m sure I’ll stay again

I was very impressed with the suites at this property. The staff were absolutely amazing, polite, and helpful. The only negative I have would be the condition of the pool. The walls along the top of the pool were very dirty with a lot of scum build up. However they even provide pool toys, and puddle jumpers for the smaller kids. Truly a great place to stay. Would definitely recommend.
