Nice place, too many kids running around

The room was large. The fridge did not work, so we had to use ice to keep the baby's milk cold. The bed was comfortable, but pull-out couch mattress was all springs. Let a Hilton exec try to sleep on it! No tub, but shower was big. The Hampton Inn breakfast of 2024 is a sad replica of the Hampton Inn breakfast of 2014. Hard, bruised apples was all that was offered in the fresh fruit section. No bananas, oranges or grapefruit slices. A lot of grain based carbs were offered, but limited healthy protein. Such a disappointment....

I liked the size of the room, having the fridge, microwave was very handy with a toddler and a playpen. I would only suggest extra blankets there was 1 but the room was still a bit cold luckily I brought some baby blankets

The staff were very friendly and nice towards my family and I.

Our room had a massive leak in the bathroom ceiling that had clearly been there for some time and not properly fixed. We had to ask to change rooms which is a pain after unpacking with two kids. The pool are was extremely hot and hard to enjoy. My kids asked to leave because they couldn’t even breathe. Nearly all of the food was empty at breakfast. The lack of regular height tables to eat at was odd. They were mostly coffee table height. Overall, wouldn’t recommend & wouldn’t stay again.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful..and the prices are affordable..would totally recommend this hotel to friends and family

overall the experience was okay - the abundance of hockey tournament families and kids was a bit overwhelming and made for a late night with kids running up and down the hall. The facilities were good - room was clean and staff were helpful. Breakfast was fine. All Fine but I'm definitely not married to this hotel and next time will try to find a hotel that hasn't been block reserved by a hockey tournament.

We had very small room for 4 adults and a baby not acceptable will never stay at your hotel again

It was very kid friendly

I arrived at 3:00 pm to do my check-in as indicated, the lady at the reception (not very friendly by the way) told me that my room was not ready yet, that I had to wait half an hour more. I waited for half an hour I asked her again and she told me that it was not ready yet with a quite rude tone, finally she told me that they would call me when my room was ready and that was 3 hours later that is I received my room at 6:00 pm which seems to me a lack of respect for the guests, I asked to speak to the manager and they told me that he was not there that they would notify me the next day when he arrived and it never happened, the least I expected was that I could check Out 3 hours late, which would be fair, but they didn't even give me that opportunity and I didn't get any compensation for the 3 hours waiting in the hotel lobby with my wife and 2 kids
