Atrium view was worth the extra money - sliding doors right into the upper deck of the pool area was awesome. There was a bistro set outside the doors which was great for drying off water toys. Beds were super comfy, lots of towels at the pool, friendly life guards. Front desk staff was friendly and efficient, quick check in and out. Lots of kid friendly food within a block of the property. Perfect little getaway for 2 young kids.

Nice hotel! Only disappointment was that the water slide (which my kids were looking forward to) is not open on weekdays. The main pool was very nice though.

Staff kinda treat you differently if you don’t look a certain way have a blended family check in and out felt pretty disrespected saw how they acted and were talking to other guests wasn’t the same as I was treated and talked to

Beautiful place and great entertainment options! I was there for work but we enjoyed the pool and the arcade room! Really nice, will be coming back with family!

Nice spot. Room was comfortable, spacious and clean. The pool and water slide make it great for families with young children. Loved the atrium. The tropical flora and fauna were amazing!

My family had a great time, and I would recommend, however my ten year old boys came for the pool and water slide, and unfortunately the water slide was closed the entire duration of our trip. It was very disappointing

The property and staff are lovely. However, the west wing was noisy with women and children running, laughing and talking until 1 am. I realize that it is quite remote from the front desk, so it would be difficult for them to enforce a quieter atmosphere at a more reasonable time frame.

The room and service was amazing. They need to implement a curfew for children in the pool and hot tub. I went to go for a hot tub at 10pm Saturday night and the pool and hot tub was very busy with children. It was pretty annoying to have a bunch of 8 year olds splashing in the hot tub. The kids were running up and down the hallways at 11 pm.
