The staff seemed to always be in yhe office off the front desk and it was an imposition to interact with them. Likely a good property for those with family in the hosptial. But, there was really nothing within walking distance.

This hotel is very convenient for when we are visiting family

We stayed at the Hotel because of the proximity to the hospital. Our family was going through so much at that time and the hotel staff did everything they could to make our stay as stress free as possible. Matt at the front desk was absolutely amazing. He did everything he could to accommodate our family. I can't thank you enough for going over and beyond. The hotel also has a very delicious breakfast in the morning to start your day, and coffee and tea in the lobby at night.

Makayla at the front desk was super friendly and helpful with checking us in. If you get a room facing the back you can see lots of chipmunks and rabbits playing in the trees. Beautiful hotel, definitely recommend, buffet breakfast was delicious and you can actually ask for take away containers and back it to go, which was awesome because my kids don't always eat right away in the morning. Thank you for a beautiful stay!

The hotel is in a good location, close to family. Certainly suitable to visit idyllic areas outside London. The room was comfortable. Breakfast was good. The check in was not particularly friendly. Other than that observation, all was good.

We have stayed in this hotel many times. It is close to family and very convenient. We especially like the complimentary breakfast and the easy parking. Also really like the freshening up of the room between a two night stay, that is really appreciated. It is a bit disappointing the pool is no longer there but understandable since all the covid disruptions.

Regarding Rm #209. Everything was clean/ comfortable, and handicap accessible, (which we did not personally need). The tile where the brackets of the shower bench attach to the wall were crushed from previous use. There was no plaster or chipped residue on the floor indicating to us this was old damage. The bracket mount seemed secure. We did not use this feature, so it was in the way and even though it could be raised up out of the way for someone to stand to use the shower comfortably, there was no way to secure it up. We did utilize and appreciate the rubber shower mat. There were adhesive non skid safety strips on the slanted floor. The tiles used on the floor of the bathroom outside of the shower area are very gloss and slippery. I awoke to the sound of my husband falling on the floor as he stepped out of the shower. He came down hard on his elbow and hip. He did not want to report this as he was not injured and of course it is natural to feel embarrassed when you fall bare-assed. When I took my shower I put towels all over the floor to prevent slipping. The floor of the bathroom is slanted and the tile is slick: not a good combination and I cannot understand the thinking behind that design. I wondered if others have fallen. The non skid safety strips are thin and too few to do any good. At the least, there should be a warning sign or directions to place bath-mat towels on floor before stepping out onto the SLIPPERY SLANTED floor. Very hazardous set-up.

Older, smaller Inn. Breakfast is hot and included, not amazing but it's food. Walking distance to hospital so lots of patients and family.

We stay here often because it is close to family It is a nice hotel with free breakfast
