I have stayed at this property a few times now. The staff are ALWAYS fantastic. The pool is clean and warm. I find using the pool around 8:30 - 9 pm best as the kids are usually gone to bed.

An entire hockey team in the hall talking and playing with mini hockey nets til 1030 at night to the point we could not hear our own TV down the hall. Screaming, hollering, my own child could not sleep. Room above us left their child to cry for 5 hours all night. Did not relax, did not rest. Woke up more tired than the day before. Worst hotel stay I’ve had in years.

We really enjoyed our first visit a few weeks earlier. This visit we all felt it was "meh". Our room didn't feel thoroughly cleaned. There was a rattling sounds from our bathroom ceiling that couldn't be resolved. A weird smell when we arrived. That we think was a stinkbug the kids caught on night 1 as the smell subsided afterwards. Overall, a decent hotel but we'll be trying another for our next visit to London.

We had a great stay in a suite with 2 queen beds. Clean and comfortable. Vic’s restaurant was wonderful and the kids liked the pool. Will be staying again.

Good hotel, old facilities but fully renovated. A bit noisy on ths lower levels due to youngsters visit but was able to get moved to a suite at no cost.

Great accommodation property to celebrate a retirement in the family. Convenient and located just next door to where we had our retirement dinner celebrations. 12pm checkout is very reasonable. Pool is big and awesome for kids and adults alike!

Meg at the front desk was amazing ! We got complimentary breakfast for my mom me and the kids. There is a bunch of restaurants in the plaza pending on your tastes in walking distance. The pool is beautiful my kids had a blast ! Very quiet clean rooms will definitely come back
