our hotel was infested with children between 6 and 10 years old just running around absolutely wild, with no supervision, and just screaming their heads off. when i went down the desk to complain, we were moved to another room but our stay didn't improve. we had an extremely late start to our day on saturday with most of our plans being ruined after such an early morning and all of the trouble. the hotel manager offered to compensate our parking due to the trouble...wow a whole $20!!! we decided to just grab dinner at blake's inside the hotel that night and we were disturbed yet AGAIN by the screaming children who decided that right outside of the restaurant was a great place to play with their "mini sticks". why were their parents never confronted about the noise by the hotel staff ?? never in my life have i seen anything like that. my expectations staying in a hotel are that people acting like that would be threatened to be kicked out if it continued. the noise continued the ENTIRE weekend. my husbands little "birthday getaway" was entirely ruined. i will never stay at another hilton due to the staff being so unhelpful and furthermore, i will never book through hotels.com again since i was told i could not be issued a refund due to my "third party booking". i hope this will be able to be rectified.

First off, I was greeted with a smile. I only booked one night but need 2 nights and I was accommodated. Our room was very nice and clean. The best part of my stay was meeting David Carruthers. He waited on us in the restaurant and treated us like family!

Stayed here for a night away from the kids. Worst mistake ever. Chose this hotel as it was downtown, and $50 less than to he Delta. Big mistake. The hotel was overrun with people from a convention. They stood outside the only door to the hotel, in a mass of smokers. They were loud and obnoxious, wouldn't move out of the way. They were aggressive towards my wife. I mentioned this to the front staff, but they were either afraid or didn't care. One of the elevators wasn't working (kept cycling between two floors) so there was a lengthy wait for the working elevators. The convention guests were partying on every floor. Loudly. Another guest asked to move to a quieter floor while I was checking in, and the front staff said sorry, there are no quiet floors. My wife and I went for a lovely dinner (Waldo's in King) returned to the same mass of smokers and yellers. Then we were awoken by loyd banging on our wall at 2:30 am. There were many loud voices in the next room. Called down to the front desk. They did nothing. Either terrified or apathetic. Either way, the Hilton owes me a full refund. This was a terrible experience. Just terrible. Probably won't use Expedia either, as we booked through you, and your customer service doesn't care about our terrible experience either. Cheers

The front desk/reception staff at this property is always so welcoming. My family and I have a long history of staying at the Hilton family of hotels for our short stays. And we continue to do so.

Do not stay here it is absolutely awful place to go especially for families I was unaware the pool was 5 ft deep neither of my kids could use it until we travel 15 minutes out of the way to get them floaties. . But this was not the main issue I stayed for two nights the first morning it sounded like someone was pounding as hard as they could on the wall at 8:30 a.m.. the second morning someone literally walked into my room waking up both my daughters and I at 8:10 a.m.. when I told the woman at the front desk what happened she didn't even care. Also when I booked the hotel it said free parking and I was charged $40 extra just to park for 2 days. Bad neighborhood as well crackheads everywhere! Also construction in front of hotel hard to access Hotel parking or front door. stay away!
