The Park Hotel London

Traveled to London to visit friends for the weekend, and knew we would be arriving late. We decided to stay our first night at the Park. Check in was quick and easy, which I appreciated, arriving at 11pm with two small children. Within minutes we were parked in the secure underground garage, and up into our room. The room was clean, spacious, and quiet, and just what we needed. Would absolutely stay here again

This is my first time back at the park hotel in roughly 3 years and will definitely be my last. I would avoid this hotel at all costs if you are travelling with children, especially on a weekend. The music from across the street is so loud (until 2:30 am) I could hear it despite wearing ear plugs. Upon arrival to our room, it was VERY evident that the previous guests had spent the night smoking cigarettes in the room and staff clearly knew about the situation as the window was left open to “air out” the room. This is unacceptable, especially when travelling with a child under the age of 1. After travelling many hours in a car, all we wanted to do is get comfortable in our room but instead we had to take the extra time to switch rooms. There are absolutely no accommodations made for people travelling with children, there are no offers to provide a pack n play, crib etc. The elevator rarely makes stops to the upper floors, so prepare to wait a very long time. I was so frustrated at one point, I took the stairs instead. The text message support they offer to hotel guests is useless, I never received a response and the phone provided in the room doesn’t provide a direct line to the front desk. Instead, I had to take the time to call the hotel from my cellphone and listen to the very long menu before being connected to the front desk. In the room 2 towels were provided despite there being 3 guests. Dirty and dingy is how I would describe the park hotel.

The property was top-notch and budget friendly. The staff were awesome. I had a great time with my family. Will highly recommend.

Overall very good. Nice breakfast for continental, very friendly staff and clean place, family friendly. Easy to access everywhere from this location

I booked for a place to go after our some got married at city hall. It looked bigger in pics. Was convenient to Victoria park. I asked for wine glasses on check in. Never happened. Went to lobby and got plastic glasses instead. There was old sushi in the fridge that was smelly when we took it out to put champagne in. Hard to find parking near by for family. 22 dollars for parking at hotel. Coulda comped that for price of room. Suite was otherwise fresh and well maintained
