beds were clean but there were little bugs crawling around the tub. We had two rooms for our family. There was a huge amount of crawling bugs in one of our room. I talked to the front desk staff and he told me that they were not bad bugs they came from outside facility by the harbor. I tried to clean them but they just keep coming from the tub drain. If you don’t mind that for the stay

The hotel looks like it was recently renovated and we really like its clean, minimalist decor and neutral colours. It’s very accessible to restaurants, entertainment centres and supermarkets. The staff are friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was very good to start one’s day. We will definitely go back to this hotel when visiting family in the future.

i liked the room I stayed in. However, having no elevators was very inconvenient as I had my family and multiple luggage bags with me. The receptionist was also quite aggressive with me when I asked to switch rooms to the first floor after realizing there was no elevators.

Staff were polite and kind. Found the bed and pillows comfortable. Our room was renovated but hastily renovated. The shower handle was very loose and the shower leaked all day and night. Advised them of the leaky shower on our first night, staff came up and said that they required a maintenance person and they would fix it the next day but it never got fixed. Listened to running water all night. As well the bathroom door would stick and my kids would panic as they could not get out of the bathroom. Remote control for the TV was also missing and reported.

When I checked in they wanted payment right there but the terminal machine wouldn't even let me put my pin in. After 4 times then I told the front desk person let's try tap, and it worked. There's no elevator, so with my kids with me I couldn't even put my son 8month old son in his stroller and couldn't use a trolley to lug everything to our room. The bathroom had 4 outlets total and none of them worked. The only night thing was that I was able to check in early.

The hotel was accessible to highway. When mentioning to that three family members were booked with them, they were courteous enough to give us rooms next to each other. They allowed us to check in a little early than respected time when we called to inform them without issues.
