The best part was Milena, her welcome was like coming to visit a family. Anna at the bar was great as well, every employee we met was great!

All in all the trip was good. Our only downside was that when we booked we mentioned we were a family with a young child and our room was located right beside the busy elevator. So there were always people standing outside our room talking while waiting for the elevator, Day and night.

We went there for a family trip on July 29 to Aug. 1st 2023 and our stay was perfect. The staff at the lobby and at the restaurant was amazing. The room was very clean and big enough for 2 adults & 2 childs. We went for a Blue Jays game and the hotel is about 30 mins from the Rogers Centre. (If there is no trafic)

We had requested 3 rooms for my family. We were very very happy with the excellent service from front desk staff who went out of their way to accommodate us all on the same floor. The rooms were clean and bright and wonderful to walk into. Honestly exceeded my expectations. Staff serving breakfast were friendly and the food was good. Will definitely be staying at Holiday Inns in the future. Thank you.

Great place for a family with young children. The pool was very clean. Breakfast options were great. Our room was clean and had a great view from the 6th floor. Overall I definitely will stay here again.

Hotel Manager was rude and didn’t provide K cups when asked. He delivered them several hours later. He argued with my family and embrassed him. Deposit hasn’t been return to credit card. Will never stay again

We were first greeted at the front desk by a welcoming smile by the name of Charles! My family was in town for the funeral of a loved one and Charles went above and beyond to accommodate our every need. Though I don't know when he ever slept, he is certainly an asset to the hotel. Thank you Charles for looking after us!!

It was ok. I was able to get breakfast. I was visiting family so meals wasn't important. Place is clean. Room was nice lots of room. It is not a place close to any other places to walk to.

Clean and newly renovated but we had noisy neighbours and staff dealt with only one of them. We waited an hour for our breakfast and had a very hungry one year old with us. While waiting, we see the front desk clerk walk by the restaurant eating a croissant that he grabbed from the kitchen. There were 3 other families with children waiting just as long as us for their food and were told the restaurant is understaffed so it should've been all hands on deck and maybe sharing of the croissants.
