Hampton Inn by Hilton Toronto-Mississauga West

We stayed only one night but it was conveniently located to family living in the city. Lots of free parking. Our late arrival was efficiently looked after by the front desk. Our king bedroom was very clean with a kitchenette. Our bed was bit soft and pillows could be upgraded. The breakfast attendant was very friendly and there was a good variety of items to choose from. We will definitely use this Hampton hotel again!

My family had an enjoyable stay. The room was nice and clean. Breakfast options were great. Shareza was very pleasant and helpful at the breakfast area. Would definitely stay again.

We just travelled around Europe staying at various levels of expensive hotel, and somehow this humble hotel in Mississauga (close to our family) was the best stay. Excellent complementary breakfast with eggs, waffles, fresh fruit and even a nice clean child seat. Easy check-in late at night and easy check-out very early. Quiet room on the 5th floor that was clean and had all the amenities that we needed as a family, like a fridge, kettle and plenty of towels. I really appreciated everything about this stay. Great job folks.

Great place to stay overall. We’ve stayed there probably 6 times over the years when we visit family nearby. For the most recent stay: The pool was temporarily closed while we were there but it opened the next morning. The TV in our room should be replaced - low quality/old and the colour was all washed out. Breakfast is doable with a large selection, non-greasy everything (meaning dry sausages and fake eggs), waffle maker, breads, fruit, yogurt, juice etc. I go for the hard boiled eggs, some kinda bread and whatever meat is being offered and usually can’t go wrong. I recommend staying here, it’s great, they just need to update a bit in the rooms before they get too tired.

The hotel was easy to find, parking is spacious. I observed the quiet and cleanliness in and out of the hotel, the room was bigger than I expected might be better with a small baexcellen. Indoor pool was small but look well maintained, Fitness club is on the down side due to space and equiptment availability. The breakfast was acceptable lacking of meat in the menu(like sausage...) my kids loved cooking pancake by themselves and the juices also taste good and healthy. I can highly recomend this hotel for the price and its simple but well presented property.

It was a short stay with my family and we were comfortable and pleased with our stay.

The staff were great. As someone that goes to Mississauga frequently I love this place. Friendly is an understatement when talking to the staff and as a family that has dietary issues it is nice to have a breakfast that everyone can get something to eat. As for negatives I haven't found any yet.

Your site says that it's family friendly that it has a pool and fitness center when we got there pool broke fitness center shut down

I took my young child to our first hotel stay and it was horrible. The walls were paper thin. I heard every single argument happened next door in the middle of the night that lasted 2 hours. Yelling, shouting, screaming inside the room, slamming doors and out in the hallways. I called front desk directly from the hotel phone but no one picked up. I had to dial from my own phone yo the hotel number directly. I complained to front desk for at least 3-4 times before front desk took action - calling the police. I’m disappointed and will not be returning.
