Staff is amazing! From check in to check out! The lovley lady in the breakfast area is super sweet too! Beds are clean and comfy. Pool and hot tub are great. Lots of selection for a truly family breakfast.

Had to pay extra for kids in the room, but the buffet was a hot one so made it worth it. Ate well and kids loved the pool

We stayed at this property for 7 nights in August 2023. From the ease of checking in, to the wonderful staff on hand I can not say enough positive things. The lady who took care of breakfast in the morning was amazing and took the time each morning to speak to my toddler. The only downfall was there was mildew on the ceiling in the bathroom. I personally would recommend this hotel and will stay there in the future.

This was very close to family. Kid friendly. Very clean. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast is great..give you enough options.

The pool was nice and warm and the kids really enjoyed it. Also the hot buffet breakfast was better than we expected. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Bathtub wall tiles are starting to age but was clean. We had a very pleasant and great stay.

We have spent 4 nights (2 adults and 2 children). We were surprised that the photos in publicity didn’t really reflect the reality. The room smelt funny when we entered the A/C was not activated prior to our checkin, causing bad smell as it was hot that week, and the fridge was not functional, and we could not conserve milk for children. The service at night was not optimal, however during the day the service was much better. The breakfast is acceptable.

Overall, the stay was good. Cleaning staff and breakfast room staff were pleasant and helpful. Check-in was terrible. We stood in front of desk staff member for 20 seconds. He never looked up or acknowledged us. Then he took phone call for about four minutes. Then on his computer for another three minutes approximately. He still hadn't acknowledged us in any way. Then he took another phone call for about three minutes. I started making some comments to get his attention. After a minute or so, he asked if he could help us... he never apologized. Clearly phone clients are all that mattered. After that, all was good. Room is clean. Building is quiet. Breakfast is good. After we checked in, we went to our car to get our luggage. When we came back more than five minutes later, the family behind us in line the whole time at front desk was still waiting to be seen by staff member. They need more staff but they need someone at the front who actually cares.
