It is a clean place. The pool is shallow so good for families with little children .

After finishing in Canada Paradise, it takes about 30 minutes to drive to the hotel. Our family of 5 people has enough room space. The breakfast in the restaurant is simple but sufficient. The free parking outside the hotel is quite good.

I have never understood why hotels don’t protect their investments, and put bed bug protectors on their mattresses. This was the first hotel that I have ever seen with them. Beautiful spot, well maintained and everything we needed as a family. Truly the nicest hotel I’ve stayed at.

We had a family gathering & enjoy our time wi- friendly staff, lots of stores for shopping, accommodations. You made our days very enjoyable. Thank you.

The pool was nice for the children. Breakfast was great. Pretty good rate.

The absolute worst hotel stay I’ve ever had. My family was there for 3 nights. Every night there was kids running around playing games in all the hallways, breaking lights and knocking on doors and running away. Their parents were walking around the halls getting drunk and the staff did nothing. I had 2 young boys and a 6 month old baby trying to sleep in my room. Your hotel did nothing. 3 nights in a row. Did nothing!

The room was beautiful, the breakfast was good, location was great for restaurants and stores, however the pool is small and was always full of kids. Need to have an adult evening swim timeslot.

The service at this hotel is really excellent. It feels very well managed. A few hiccups have occurred during previous stays (at no fault to the hotel) and the team has always gone above and beyond to make things right. Our family really appreciates the breakfast, it really is elevated beyond what you would expect from a “free” breakfast, that team does an amazing job pulling that off every morning. Over the past two years we have stayed at this property at least 5 times and it has always been excellent.

We are a non profit organization who was attempting to put on a competition for kids aged 3-19, including some attempting to qualify for world championships. Due to the storm on Friday evening, our guest from another province had her flight cancelled at the last minute. In addition our venue also cancelled at the last minute. As soon as we were made aware, we contacted the hotel; however it was difficult to get someone on the phone while working my full time job but when I finally did I was quite taken aback by the rudeness. Not only did the call feel like “inconvenience” but I was abruptly told I could not get a refund and did I want to cancel the room or not. In the background I could hear someone, perhaps a manager reciting the policy verbatim. When I said, yes I would have to cancel I was abruptly hung up on! I would understand the policy but the weather was an unexpected situation and I wasn’t planning on asking for a refund, merely a deferral of the money to another date/location. As we would still need to host the competition. However, no matter where we hold it now and no matter how many cities we visit, our entire team and their families will be avoiding this line of hotels due to the way you treated a non profit club during a very rare situation. Clearly, you do not need our business. We have also mentioned it to our governing association’s Board as they plan for the upcoming provincial and national events. Sincerely, Trish Bell

The room was a very nice size for my family of six and the complimentary breakfast was good, but was very disappointed with the cleansiness of the room. There was hair all over the sink and blowdryer. Hair inside the bedsheets. The towels had marks on them (makeup maybe) Stains on the couch. Dust in alot of corners. The kids were really looking forward to swimming in the pool but it was too cold to enjoy.
