Hyatt Place Toronto - Brampton

Came here for a 1 night stay with my family. Hotel was clean and well maintained. Our room was spacious which was nice. Loved that we were able to connect to Netflix through our phones. My kids enjoyed the pool. I really enjoyed all the breakfast options as well.

Was a great place to stay. The kids liked the pool and we all really enjoyed the breakfast. Facilities were clean and staff was friendly. Would definitely stay here again if in that area!

We always love Hyatt Place. And we love the cleanliness and professionalism of Canada. Combined these made for a perfect stay for our family of 5. The staff went out of their way to help us feel comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Nice pool. Lovely lobby. 40 min drive into Toronto. Restaurants within short drive.

This property was very clean. Room had lots of space for 2 adults and 3 children. Breakfast was good was excellent options. Parking was free. Staff was very friendly.

The people at reception screwed up and gave my son and myself the same room. They charged us both $100 deposit and when they realized that they messed up, instead of just giving my son the room that he should have had ( he was with his wife and kids and I was by myself), they told him that he had to put another $100 deposit and that it should be released in a few days. We were on our way to Cuba so he needed his money so I ended up putting the deposit for him. Even after talking to the manager, he said that they couldn’t just change the room without getting another deposit. Not good pr if you ask me. We pay for their screw up.

I'm so happy to share my stay in context here. Both my fiancée and I highly recommend staying here in Brampton if you're ever looking for a friendly and great hotel in that area. The staff, John and Mahadev treated us like family from the moment we arrived there. While we were there John, Mahadev and the rest of the staff were very kind and caring. John and Mahadev made sure that we were given great service as they accommodated us with their excellent hospitality. During breakfast a phenomenal lady named Rose whose job is in the kitchen, worked very hard to attend to the needs of the guests. Thank You John, Mahadev, Rose and the entire staff at The Hyatt Regency in Brampton. I give you a 100 out of 100 in service, guidance, care, friendliness, hospitality and safety. Thank you so much. We will be back!

This is our family's second stay at the Hyatt Place Toronto-Brampton, and it's great. The staff are very friendly, the location is very convenient, and the room is very comfortable, even with two adults and three children. I'm sure we will come back again when we visit Toronto in the future.

Enjoyed the quiet atmosphere, good for families, well maintained, clean have dining options including a breakfast option. Friendly professional staff.well priced. Newer built location.
