I loved staying in this hotel with my family. They have good breakfast options. Clean rooms and comfortable beds and pillows

There hotel was up-to-date which was nice. It was clean and had a many options for breakfast. The staff was friendly. Stayed with a large family. No complaints. Matched my expectation for this tier of hotel.

This a great experience for my family and we also were able to get an early check in. This mad our trip even better

Nice hotel. Pool was closed which it didn’t state that on website however we were able to use the hotel behind the holiday inn for pool access kinda inconvenient though with small children. Overall great hotel would recommend.

They lost my booking so after 30 minutes of trying to figure it out they gave us a key to a room as they could see my kids were exhausted, we go up to the room and there was people in it! Go back down to front desk they put us in another room, all was good after almost an hour of waiting. We had a 2 queen room booked as there was 5 of us. They placed us in a 1 bed king room. So we then needed pillows and blankets, requested these at 7pm when we got settled, they showed up banging on the door with pillows at 9pm. After our kids were already sleeping!! The hotel was clean, and in the situation they were as accommodating as they could be. But refused to give me any kind of discount for the troubles we had.
