Very nice hotel. Clean and spacious rooms and very friendly and assistive staff. Some loud kids in the hallways at night but not a huge problem.

The kids loved the pool. Everyone's favourite part was the breakfast buffet. I loved how you could include it in your room price (ended up being $50 including taxes for all 4 of us for breakfast, since kids under 16 eat free with the adults). Very friendly staff at the front desk and in the restaurant. We stayed as a short staycation and it was great. Good price and everything overall.

This is not a family friendly hotel. When we arrived we walked through a cloud of smoke from all the party goers outside. The music in the bar was so loud we had to scream at the receptionist. The staff were extremely rude. I asked to adjust our stay as I didn’t feel comfortable and the staff refused to help. I contacted hotels.com and they said it would be up to the staff to adjust the reservation. The staff then said there was a 1 night penalty which I was fine with but then the receptionist said I couldn’t adjust it until the next morning. The staff then said I had to pay the full amount for the 3 days on my credit card. I said no, I’ll pay the one night required and the deposit. She kept refusing and became belligerent. Finally, after hotels.com sent an email to her I was able to check in. It was 9pm and this situation had taken an hour. She then threw the paper and pen at me to fill out the car license info. The next day when I checked out they almost doubled the one night rate and said I had to pay the single night rate. So a $250 charge became almost $450. We also had paid for breakfast but it came with a lot of restrictions. We were told the breakfast was only for 1 person even though there were 3 people on the reservation. I was then told kids eat free so I would have to pay for 1 kid. Fine okay. Then we were told it was a set menu and if we ordered off the set menu we would have to pay. This was not a free complementary breakfast, it was a breakfast I had prepaid.

I was very disappointed in the room I was given especially with an infant. It smelled of cigarettes and was visibly dirty. I have never been so disappointed

Great staff. Nice facilities. Received free drink vouchers on arrival for use at the bar (alcoholic for adults and non for kids). Quiet location. Timely upkeep. Our room was upgraded without request. Would return.

The property was conveniently located close to Hwy 400, shops and restaurants, as well as kids activities. Room had lots of noises from equipment and sound insulation could be better.

Dont be confused by the main lobby, the rooms are horrendous. Rooms are run down, Both rooms smelt like BO, pretty sure sheets on bed were never changed as there was boogers and hair on it. Looked like bed bug eggs along the lines of mattress. Gum stuck in between mattress and headboard. Noise level was unreal and when checked the hallway, there was a ring of parents drinking and allowing several of their children to play hockey with nets set up in the hallway. Staff was useless, gm looks like he is matienance staff and no energy to even deal with his incompentence.

Everything was great except the disappointment of no pool! Would not have booked as we had a disabled child who was looking forward to the trip so she could go in the pool and hot tub.
