Holiday Inn Express & Suites Brampton, an IHG Hotel

This property is well located with nearby many businesses, such as Walmart, Tim Horton. Breakfast here was great and tastyful with a wide variety to choose from. Love the coffee. The refrigerator did the job of keeping the baby milk nice and cold.There was a kids friendly atmosphere. Staff was very receptive and prompt to our needs with kids. A great place to stay. I sure would recommend and return again.

The room AC very noicy. The Windows didn't block the outside noise. I could hear every single beep and vehicles movement that were outside as they were inside the room. Vent in the washroom made a noise as a jet engine and it works every time that you turn on the lights in the washroom, which is inconvenient at night time. There were no separate lights in the bathroom only one single light switch. Curtains and couch had dirt stains, couch had some duct tape on it to cover the hole. The pool was ok, but my kids complained on it's dirty floor and peelings. Gym on the ground floor contained 3 pieces of equipment eliptical treadmill and bike. On the second floor was gym with equipment: weights and multifunctional machine.but there was a terrible smell , so we avoided to stay there. The breakfest was standard, the dining room is very small. I've stayed in couple of Holiday Inn express hotels, and this one was the worst of them I won't recommend it to anyone.

Christmas Day, we spent the afternoon and evening with mu husband's family. We live 4 hours away so... we chose to spend the night in Brampton. I picked the Holiday Inn and was not disappointed at all. Good sized room, modern, clean, decent TV. Hot breakfast in the morning. Free parking. Fitness centre, pool and laundry available although I didn’t use them. Very friendly yet polite staff. I would definitely stay here again!

First day I complain for cleanliness and noisy air conditioner,they ignore, after 3 times, I asked for The Manager, he came next day evening and literally threatened me when I asked for noisy air conditioner whole night, I showed him videos but his response was I have to go picking up my kids from daycare, you can change your hotel, after that I continue contact Expedia, his reply was same , you can change your hotel, next day he met me at again and told me , here is staff shortages, no one want to work here , all the management is relying on me and my colleagues, if they want to run their hotel , they have to ignore these things.

I was impressed by how clean (I so appreciate a clean space)my room was, my children and I were very comfortable here.

Had grandkids over. No movies to rent because tv broken 😩

The room was left clean, however we did find water bottles under the beds that were therefore missed. The shower head was horrible and barely working. The staff were friendly and inviting. The pool was sooooo nice and warm that we actually enjoyed swimming. The convenience to shopping and restaurants was a great bonus. We loved that each bed had both soft and firm pillows to accommodate all types of sleeping preferences. The complimentary breakfast was wonderful. It had a great variety each morning and the kids loved watching their pancakes being made in the special machine!

My stay with family was very relaxing. The staff was always friendly and always accomodating. The breakfast was hot and there was quite a selection for everyone. The hotel was spotless inside and out. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.
