Sandman Hotel Oakville

Only complaint was the amount of kids running and screaming in the hallways.

Started with family, felt safe and staff were good. It’s the cleanest property and well maintained. Parking is easy and lights around the property is good. For the price, this property can accommodate the breakfast at minimum but it didn’t. Would recommend for families to stay.

Nice quiet hotel. We had a large room with plenty of space for the kids. Friendly staff.

Hotel was in proximity to Highway 401 which was very convenient however that meant the potential for busy road traffic noise for this rooms facing the highway. Loved the convenience of the restaurants on site which included Denny’s and Chop. Rooms and bathrooms clean although did notice an ink stain on our duvet. Swimming pool and hot tub great for the family although signs up for soap and shower prior and after pool but soap dispenser empty all weekend. Walkable distance to the outlet mall nearby. Nice room amenities with comfortable bed and good quality sheets. Staff very friendly helpful especially desk staff. Good value for the money.

Every time I'm in the area and it's available i stay here whether for personal or business. Staff is always professional and friendly and though there's always the occasional hiccup at any hotel, they've always gone above to correct what's wrong. Address me be name which is a nice touch but that may just be a result of familiarity as well. Always found it very competitively priced as well. To balance the scales and not shill, my most recent stay there was a piece of wallpaper that looked like it had been ripped back (ive seen lots of tournament teams on weekends and kids are destructive) but some basic ashesive could have fixed this in 2 mins. Instead it was like that on arrival and departure. I reported it on checkout but multiple staff would be walking by it every day, probably every hour. Overall, would and will continue stay here loyally.

We loved this place. We had our 4 grandkids with us and we were welcomed. all the staff was wonderful. the kids enjoyed the pool.

I loved staying with my family at the hotel, the Dominican girl at the reception treated us excellently.

All gps systems tell you to turn left at the light by the property (Service Rd w). . 3 out of 4 of my family ended back on Burloak Dr and had to back track. It is not a left turn. The entrance is thru the lights then left.
