Sandman Hotel Oakville

Every time I'm in the area and it's available i stay here whether for personal or business. Staff is always professional and friendly and though there's always the occasional hiccup at any hotel, they've always gone above to correct what's wrong. Address me be name which is a nice touch but that may just be a result of familiarity as well. Always found it very competitively priced as well. To balance the scales and not shill, my most recent stay there was a piece of wallpaper that looked like it had been ripped back (ive seen lots of tournament teams on weekends and kids are destructive) but some basic ashesive could have fixed this in 2 mins. Instead it was like that on arrival and departure. I reported it on checkout but multiple staff would be walking by it every day, probably every hour. Overall, would and will continue stay here loyally.

We loved this place. We had our 4 grandkids with us and we were welcomed. all the staff was wonderful. the kids enjoyed the pool.

I loved staying with my family at the hotel, the Dominican girl at the reception treated us excellently.

All gps systems tell you to turn left at the light by the property (Service Rd w). . 3 out of 4 of my family ended back on Burloak Dr and had to back track. It is not a left turn. The entrance is thru the lights then left.

The mattress was so comfortable, request your room in front the ones in back hear the noisy traffic from the Hwy wish they had longer pool hours too many young kids swimming late. Friendly staff at desk and security.

We’re from Manitoba, and very much enjoyed our stay at this hotel, very kind respectful associates, hotel was very clean, as well the rooms were very clean, I very much enjoyed the fact that the sofa bed was already made and ready for me and my tired family, we will for sure come again

I brought my small dog and was charged a fortune to stay for one night on a floor full of nine year old boys from a little league baseball team that ran up and down the hall screaming for hours. My dog barely made a sound and was terrified of the noise coming from the children outside. My room’s washroom had rust around the sink stopper and rust on the shower curtain ring. When I looked at the floor carpet it had stains. For this I paid a total of $328.26 for one night! That is highway robbery!!!

Beautiful Hotel, beautiful area, good service...etc! I really enjoyed my stay with my family.

It’s a good property… the hotel is old but it was clean and the staff were really nice the made an upgrade to us because we had a baby with us we enjoyed out stay overall The only thing that bothered me is the air conditioner
