Best Western Plus Burlington Inn & Suites

Pretty good place to stay. Friendly staff stayed 3 days family..could refill the cereal for fresh branflakes. Change up the breakfast. Beds were ok. Bathroom needed some deep cleaning in corners. Uptop & below. Friendly when needed blankets. Brought up to the room Eggs were good , potatoes, coffee

The hotel itself was good and the bed was heavenly. However my swim time was ruined by a bunch of kids basically taking over the entire pool. I was looking so forward to a nice leisurely and relaxing swim and instead I was bombarded by a bunch of loud kids screaming and splashing in the pool. So that wasn't impressive. Other than that it was fine.

We stayed Wed to Monday morning. Our room (226) had a handicapped shower. There was mold or what looks like mold at the corners on the floor. We did not use the shower until Saturday. However there was a constant wet spot around the drain. It was only after a few days did we see water dripping from one of the shower heads...it may be traveling down from the upper floor. There were 3 hockey teams of young people in the building and they had rented out 20 rooms. Knowing that we were there for 5 nights the desk should have put us on the top floor at the end of the building to minimize the noise quality generated by these kids. ON Friday night 12 young men, all about 16 yrs old, standing outside our door were talking to their friend in the room across ours,...I had to ask them to take the party elsewhere. They were seeing to their friend who had broken his collarbone and they were singing happy birthday.....at 22:45 these boys finally left just after 23:00 hrs, but I had to pull my "respect your elders" speech before they would all together leave. There was a little bit of attitude there. I did not see any parents around. When we left Monday morning, the front desk said all they can do is inform the parents, about any behavior.....we did not complain BUT I WOULD recommend that parents be told each visit to supervise more closely as not to disturb other paying clients.

We always stay at this hotel when visiting our family. Comfortable beds and clean room. We prefer the room with two beds so that we are in the back of the hotel, not facing the highway. We find the two beds room quieter.

When checking in we told the woman we wanted our room taken care of the next morning She put in the request for 10:30 & we left the room before 10 AM & there was housekeeping there. We returned after 5pm to find the room hadn't been touched. We were paying for service and received none . There were children running in the hall for 3 hrs the night before that we put up with & the least we could have had was a made up room > The bathroom fan was so noisy, I think it should be looked at Why don't hotels want to take care of paying guests anymore. We came to relax, meet with friends for lunch & try & relax as I've been through a terrible family trauma recently, & this didn't help.

We were in Burlington for a weekend sporting event. It was perfect for what we needed. A fair prices room, clean and a pool for the kids. The exercise room needs updating but besides that it was fine. Just off the highway and a very short drive to several good options for restaurants.

We travel often for our kids sports and I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of this hotel. When we pulled back the sheets the bedding did not look made with creases all over (looked slept in) corners and sides not pulled down or fitted. After we had already spent the night and in the morning light we noticed a huge red stain on side of the comforter. The drain in the bathroom sink was clogged and the shower head cap was falling off. It advertised 2 queen beds however my husband and I noticed this felt much smaller than our queen at home so we measured and it was indeed 5” shorter than a queen that is 60”. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was fantastic.

The free breakfast is,worth just what yoy pay for it. A half divider wall between the bed and the uncomfortable couch does not make a motel room a "suite". The pool area seemed designed to amplify noise; and the noise level generated by half a dozen kids was unbearable. The in room refrigerator was so noisy I unplugged it or would not have been able to sleep. On the plus side, the staff were attentive, thoughtful and quite good. I got the impression they were trying hard to make a silk purse out of a sow's ear. The room was reasonably clean.

A wonderful stay over Christmas thanks to a smiling and attentive staff in an affordable lodging that was centrally located for access to family in both Burlington and Hamilton.

Pool and room was awesome for a family of four. Highly recommend!
