The hotel was beautiful and very clean. Our room was also very clean and spacious! There was more than enough room for 3 adults and 2 children. Our boys enjoyed the pool. The breakfast had a great variety and was constantly being stocked and cleaned. But, I have to say that all of the staff was beyond friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure you felt welcomed.

Perfect for a family trip

We stayed here with our kids and dog while we were showing our house to sell. We loved that the room had everything we needed. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite and everyone had their own space. Even our dog felt at home. The pool was great and the breakfast each morning exceeded expectations. The kids loved the waffle bar! We found everything we needed and it was an enjoyable stay that allowed us a home away from home (while we sold our home).

Had a great getaway with the kids and they had a blast. The pool is small and the water is very very very cold.. also on two occasions the pool was closed.

We stayed again with our family for the weekend. As great a stay as last time. We'll be back I'm sure.

The Security Guard was stalking/following the kids around the hotel. Breakfast Staff was rude.

Booked this for a last minute staycation for me and my three boys (6,8&9). Place is clean and the kitchen is great for short term stays. There is a good sized fridge and freezer, dishwasher, cook top and basic kitchen supplies (dishwasher pods, plates, bowls, cups, cutlery and pots/pans). Pool is small however great for most kids who just enjoy jumping. Pool area is nice and warm for when they get out but there is no change room in the pool area, though there is a washroom. Perfect for our last minute night out of the house with everything we needed. Concenience store in the lobby is very expensive ($3.50 for a freezie!) so make sure to pack snacks or UnerEats will Deliver to your door as well.

Hotel room suites were spacious for our family of 6. My only complaint was ants. There were so many ants anytime we ate they would come out looking for food. They were all over the floor and counter in the kitchen even if we cleaned up all the crumbs.

During my stay the breakfast was a joke and there was a bunch of kids that wouldn't stop pressing every button in the elevator and running in thr hallways at all times of day.. when I approached the front desk they didn't seem to really care. Rest assured I won't be going back.

I rented a double suite with a king and 2 queens. The carpet in the main area was bare threaded and frayed in several areas. The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes. The showers had mildew, the room with the queen beds shower had very bad mildew. The couch in the living room was very worn and sunk inwards and was very loud when sitting on it (springs). The dresser in the living room that doubled as a stand for the tv, the 3 rd drawer would not stay shut and kept rolling open on its own. There was a boys hockey team staying somewhere in the hotel and the kids were running up and down the hallways at 2:30 in the morning. The security did nothing about it. The continental breakfast was very good and the shower pressure and hot water was very good. This hotel cost me almost $900 Canadian for 2 nights. I expected better quality rooms for that type of money and probably wouldn’t stay here in the future because of the conditions of the room.
