Not impressed with kids running around the corridor at 9pm, banging doors, running and being loud

Pool was not listed seasonal. The pool was why I booked it for the kids. SUPER disappointed.

The room and the hotel itself were really clean. The staff at the front desk and the staff working the breakfast room were very polite. The breakfast provided was excellent and served a great variety of foods. This hotel is a great place to stay for families.

Overall my family had a great time. Breakfast was the usual, but it was good. Our room was clean and ready for us with no complaints. We ended up having to go back because we forgot something when we checked out and the front desk guy was able to let us go back up and get it. Only complaint was kids playing games in the hallway during quiet time which made it hard for my little to sleep.

The property is wel maintained and clean. The pool was closed due to painting. My kids were looking forward to swimming howeve were very disappointed. The closure was not advertised on the listing.

I, along with my two adult children took our first Canadian trip without my late husband. It was tough at first, but enjoyable. We stayed 6 days, 5 nights. We went to the Toronto Zoo, Ripleys Aquarium and Bobs Big Cat World. It was nice coming back to a cool hotel room. It was spacious and comfortable. The ONLY thing bad I have to say for this hotel, was, I had put in an order for housekeeping one day and they never cleaned the room. When I went to the front desk and spoke to the manager on duty, she told me that the woman who took my request, had never put it in the book. It’s totally ok. Due to Covid-19, u hade to request housekeeping. We had a great time anyway. I love the ethnicity and diversity of Canada and will b returning some day. It’s close to restaurants, gas stations, stores and the highway.

The room was very clean and I have to say it was the best smelling hotel room I've ever stayed in (no cigarette smell). The breakfast had a variety of food so my kids had no problem filling their bellies! The staff were very friendly. I would definitely book there again.

There were unsupervised kids running around in the evening and again at 7am in the morning. This was an evening out for my wife to get away from our kids for her birthday. It was not enjoyable with all the screaming from these kids. When we brought this up with the front desk they did not seem to care
