Staff was excellent. Pool was great for the kids. Bed in suite was comfortable. Sofa bed was atrocious. It shouldn't be used as a bed at all. Think of the worst camp cot you ever slept on. At the complimentary breakfast, everyone was complaining about the sofa beds - people I didn't even know were chiming in and saying they were instruments of torture.

Front desk did not address screaming children playing in hallway, banging on doors until our second complaint. Stains on couch, couch pillows smelled. TV outage during the morning. Would not stay here again.

Spent a lot of nights is a lot of hotels, but this one takes the cake. Me and my wife came here to get away from the kids for a few nights, take a swim and hot tub, well there are kids running up and down the hallway all day making a lot of noise, the hot tub was broken, the pool is cold because no heater. They would not compensate us, they were of no help. I would suggest any other hotel than this one, just horrible

Their queen beds are double size at max if you are to compare to something any mattress store would sell in Ontario. I don’t know how they keep advertising a double as a queen and how Expedia even agrees with them. Just be aware of this when booking. It was important for us because we have a baby he would co sleep with us and we choose this room and hotel because they had a queen bed for the price advertised. You will find a better place for a similar or a slightly better price. Good breakfast though. :)

All in all we enjoyed our stay. Room was clean and comfortable, our only complaint would be about breakfast. As we were travelling with an infant the location is awkward with random couches as chairs and the layout does not maximize its space. There is not enough seating for guests, would recommend moving it into a conference room where you can utilize the space more.

Great for families - we booked a suite for 2 adults and 2 kids. The pool and hot tub were excellent. I wish they had taken more care to set up the room though - the shampoo was completely empty, and there were only 2 towels and 2 pillows, even though we indicated there were 4 people staying. None of the doors in the room closed properly and were squeaky. But it was clean and quiet. Best part was the "continental" breakfast, which turned out to be a pretty full breakfast buffet with sausage, eggs, potatoes, waffles, cereal, oatmeal, fruit, and anything else you could have wanted. Even had gluten free options, which we needed but didn't expect, so we had brought our own food.

Found a dirty poopy diaper in my room under the table in the living room. All my kids are past the stage of being in a diaper not to mention so that it wasn’t ours. I had to dispose of it, I didn’t want to leave it there. When I threw it in the garbage I found a rotten celery with other rotten food I took pictures and brought to front desk they didn’t offer for a new room or much help at all. The manager had gone home sick so that was convenient. During the busiest time lacrosse provincials which they were hosting. Spending over $600 for 2 nights and having to stay in something like this I expected different. It disgusts me to see hotels take advantage and then not even reimburse one night of your stay for the inconvenience is beyond me. Unfortunately, I wasn’t the only family that had a bad experience with uncleanliness. I will be making sure to tell all my friends and family about my experience so that they think twice about staying here.

Lovely hotel accommodations. The little suite with kitchenette was nice to have with the kids. Pool and amenities were all clean and accessible.
