Staff here are exceptional. Greg at the front desk at night deserves a shout out and a raise. This man goes above and beyond to ensure you have the best stay. Id also like to thank Dawn at front desk as well. I will always recommend this hotel to friends, family and colleagues.

This hotel has a very welcoming feel when you walk in. The staff was kind and welcoming. Amee went above and beyond with her genuine love for children. The kids wanted to keep going back to see her lol. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The kids enjoyed the pool for multiple hours. The pool area was clean and the pool was not too cold. I highly recommend this place. The breakfast was also well layed out and welcoming.

Liked that in our room that our bed was separated from the living area giving us privacy from the kids, like that we had a door to the outside. Did NOT like the breakfast at all! Rotten apples, eggs in baggies, not much for cereal options. The room was very outdated, the sofa bed that my kids were sleeping on was super uncomfortable and they did not sleep well and complained a lot! The cleanliness of the whole place was not good (why is there carpets! They were filthy!)

For the price it was a great place for my family and I to stay. Nice to have a pool and continental breakfast. Many other hotels didn’t offer this. Gym was out of order which was a bummer. Staff was amazing.

We spent a week with our 2 children and we had the best time. Convenient location, indoor pool, kids slept on a pull out sofa and we had our own little room. Staff was friendly and the continental breakfast had a great variety.

Great room, clean and spacious.Quiet and comfy beds/pillows. Only issue was pool was really cold. Never have gone to a hotel where my family just found the pool too cold to stay in .

The room up stairs from us must had a herd of elephants . It was hard to believe kids running back and forth for an hour ar a time could make this much noise. It started at 8 in the evening and again st 7 in the morning. The room was clean but had a musky smell. Real surprise as we stayed at this same hotel over 10 times.
