Front desk workers customer service was poor. Checked in on a quiet Monday night- we were the only ones at check in and they rushed my husband and two infants down to parking while I was checking in but because we didn’t have the parking pass he was unable to park in hotel area parking and how to go to general area where there was no elevator access to hotel so had to take the stroller with twin infants all through the car park and up the car park ramps. I had called twice to request two cribs be put aside for our room- they were a requirement for our boys that where booked in for surgery at the IWK the next morning. Front desk said sorry they only had one crib. After I explained the situation they were able to find a second crib but seemed reluctant to do so and no apologies and overall acted like it wasn’t their problem and they didn’t want to be working there.

Had to stay here because of a fire evacuation and there were no other options. Staff was friendly but building is run down, very outdated and needs better amenties. Bathroom was small and shower was too. Not sensible with a 10 month old baby. Wouldn't reccomend or stay here again

As an adults hotel, it is lovely. The water pressure is excellent. The restaurant food is very good. The rooms are clean and the staff is very nice. It is not, however, a hotel I would take my grandkids to. It is an easy walk to the hospital.

The property is lovely, clean, the problem was we were told despite a hurricane coming in we should continue with our trip because Expedia wouldn't credit us and they couldn't credit us due to Expedia rules and that they would take care of us with food and drink if the power went out or the city had any issues, the power went out in the hotel and surrounding area on our 1st night and didn't come on until the middle of night our last night, the 1st morning there was coffee muffins yogurt and fruit, after that we were lucky to have family near that managed to pick us up and feed us because the hotel ran out of food as of Saturday mid day and they didn't make arrangements for more.
