Great staff, very clean! Would recommend to friends and family

We booked this property for the pool which was a little smaller than expected but okay. What we didn’t know was that they don’t clean or make up rooms unless you book it ahead of time and I think costs money. Also was hoping to use the laundry services but they were not available. We are a 4 person family but they only provided 2 sets of toiletries and towels so we had ask for these at the desk. Breakfast was great, staff are really nice.

We had a very comfortable and restful stay at the best Western in Louisville. Really enjoyed swimming in the pool in the convenience of being close to my family.

King suite was great for travelling with a toddler.

We enjoyed our room. It was large and comfortable for our family. Breakfast was also quite nice with lots of options. The only thing we were disappointed about was the pool. It was cold and rather murky. We would have liked to enjoy a swim.

The carpet near the a/c was all wet and the sheets in the bed as sand, after mentionning it they offer us to move in to a junior suite and it was perfect.

We have stayed here in the past before and really enjoyed it but this time was much different. Things in the room were very dirty. Not enough towels for the family. Notes requested about being close to the family we booked with weren’t granted even though we booked months in advance. The pool was the biggest disappointment, we basically booked the room to take our two kids swimming and the pool was Soo cold that none of the adults could get in and the infant wouldn’t either and we aren’t fussy as we are used to lake water but this is really cold. The remote for the tv wouldn’t even work. Just a lot of small things that added up.

We had an awesome stay at the hotel. Although we stayed for a night only and for less than 12 years, the kids enjoyed it.

No problems about the hotel but when the pool is so cold your kids don’t want to swim, it reduces the rating a lot.

Have stayed at many Best Westerns but this one was disappointing. The staff was friendly but there were several issues. Slow running sink and tub in the room, not just our room but the same for two other family members. One staff member did try to plunge our sink but it didn’t help and we were told they don’t have maintenance staff. The sheer curtain was ripped in 2 of the 3 rooms we booked. Rooms were not cleaned daily which is fine so they said to put towels in the hall and ask for clean towels at front desk. We did this, and coming back from pool asked for clean towels and there were none. Asked for a pool towel to finish drying off and they said there were none and there was nothing they could do. Did manage to track down housekeeping and were able to get some off the cart. The pool deck and pool needed a good cleaning. No wonder they didn’t have any more pool towels as the bins were filled with dirty ones.
