Clean, nice rooms, kids love the pool

Staff is wonderful. Frustrated with Expedia. Paid for 5 and a room that slept 5 but provided with a room with 1 King bed. Also, on Expedia's site this hotel was listed as having a hot tub; it does not. Great breakfast, perfect for those travelling in a hurry, not family getaway.

Cable tv was not working in any of the rooms. It would have been nice to have been informed at Check-in so that we didn’t waste time trying to get the tv working. We likely would have looked for another hotel had we known. Impossible to reach the front desk by phone. A lot of kids running in the halls and unsupervised at the pool.

Had to travel home early due to a family issue and could not stay at the hotel last night. Was not able to cancel room. NOT HAPPY about that.

Overall we had a decent stay. There were a few things I noticed that would steer me away for a return. The front desk staff's customer service was poor, they were rarely at the desk when needed, for example the morning of check out, no one to be found. The initial check in staff member was good but from there it went down hill. My kids loved the pool, but I did not. You could tell it was heavily used, and rarely cleaned. The water appeared cloudy, and I noticed debris (Band-Aids) sitting around the edge for 2 days straight. The exterior garbage cans were over flowing the entire duration of our stay. Hats off to the young man working the breakfast buffet, he was very helpful but at the same time appeared overwhelmed. Certainly could have used more assistance from other staff.

Breakfast was limited to sugary stuff (sweat rainbow kids cereals, white bread, sweat jams). No yogourt. No alternative to milk. No healthy cereals. No fruits. The AC in the room was super load and start up with a BANG every so often in the night.

First of all I think that they should have to disclose when they have multiple childrens sports teams staying all at once. Our entire stay was spent listening to kids screaming up and down the halls banging on doors and walls and littering the hallways with garbage. We couldn't even relax in our room it was so noisy. I tried taking my 8yr old daughter to the pool (which is much smaller than it appears in their pictures) she couldn't even swim because of the amount of rowdy boys from the ball teams jumping in and being aggressive. After 10 minutes she wanted to leave. The breakfast that is included is also disappointing. No bacon, just flavorless sausages, crusty eggs and beans? They have a pancake maker but it wasn't working of course. All around just a disappointing stay for nearly $300/night. When I brought up these issues to the staff i was simply told "yeah its a full house and our chrome casts are down" no offer of a discount or anything and the staff were obviously well aware of how noisy and chaotic it was. My advice if staying here with children who are respectful of others? Call ahead and make sure there's no sports teams staying!

We were staying with our team and a few others. Overall the hotel was nice but it was lacking in service. There were no sheets on the pullout couch and no extra blanks or pillows in the room. We had to call 3 times to the front deck to get extras, which didn’t arrive until 12am when our kids were already in bed. The pool never had towels any of the five times we were in the pool. The breakfast is pretty standard and doesn’t have a huge selection. I feel this hotel would be good for someone looking to spend one night and be on their way but not for people looking to stay for a couple of days or more.

The suite was very well divided and made sleeping easier for a larger family. The pool was a nice size and temperature. It was also great to have a Tim Horton’s and convenience store right in the parking lot.
