Check in was a 20 min wait. No one could find the man working. He finally shows up head on his phone. I go to check in and there was another couple behind us getting annoyed as well He gives us the keys to our room. No manners what so ever. We go up after waiting about 30 mins. We had reservations at 8 at the restaurant I changed it to 830. We get to our room and it doesn’t have a balcony and I had paid for one. Call the guy up he says come down and I will give you another room I asked him if he could come up. We had all our stuff and I had just had surgery He comes up at least 16-20 mins later. I am starting to lose it. Again he gets off the elevator with his face down on his iPhone Watching a movie or something. Then we had to go another floor. We missed our reservation and had to sit on the quiet side in corner. We had a new waitress and waited forever for her as well Then they charged us $36 for parking We booked through Expedia because the hotel kept putting me on hold and I wanted to use them and get our points. This was prolly the 20 time staging there. My son stayed last weekend with his family and my. Daughter as well Don’t think I will be back unless they hire more staff. And don’t get me started on the lineup for coffee with only one person working
