We had a wonderful stay with 2 young kids. We had an Hyundai electric car and were able to charge with the city charging for free in the open parking near the Hotel for 4 hours overnight. Easy access to Magnetic hill and the Shediac beach is also one hour drive . A pleasant stay with all facilities and comfort.

It was my second stay, this one however was a quick overnighter. It was very clean, staff were great. The free breakfast has many option and was very good.e and my family will definitely be back.

Had security at 9pm telling us to be quiet. Bar downstairs and can’t enjoy. Felt like I was in church I called front desk to help with a/c and they still never came, even tho they said they are coming. Terrible,uncomfortable beds Overall,won’t be coming back Our kids couldn’t join in the halls, were constantly told to go in ther rooms, main reason we came to have the kids have fun.. these kids are u9 and it wasnt even 8pm.. Parents were also told they have to leave the lobby by 9pm.

It was great!! We had the family and a dog and it was very convenient and we had a blast in the pool. Someone above us was running around and making noise at 11-12 at night which was a bit annoying but we all had a great sleep.

Great location, close to downtown Moncton and Champlain Mall. Got to the hotel at 3 but had to wait an hour for a room, along with quite a number of families.

I agree with most reviews that this hotel is a great stay; rooms are clean, location is great, and the service was mainly good. However, our experience, in particular, was not too pleasant. Perhaps it was because we checked in later in the day (in the evening) we were given room 105 on the main floor. I was informed at the time right away (for some reason) by the receptionist that it was the only room left available (I had reserved a room 3 weeks prior). Because our room was so close to the elevators, and there is barely any furniture/ carpets in that area, every sound had more echo. Also, because it was a Friday night, people were in and out until 3 or 4 am and the issue was that some of them hung around the elevator laughing and chatting for more than a few minutes. Needless to say, this was highly disturbing of our sleep, especially our kids’. So I would probably stay there again, but only if I can reserve a room not on the main floor/next to the lobby.

We really enjoyed our stay overall. We liked the hotel and area. We had fun skating at the oval beside the hotel too. The only thing we didn’t like would be the teenagers/kids running around on the floor above us sounded like a stampede.

Skating rink outside is always a favorite. Keeps the kids occupied and the stay even more enjoyable.

Our room was lovely and clean. However, we arrive at 2:50 after a 2 hour drive with our excited son, and were told our room wasn’t ready and they “weren’t sure when it would be because check in is anytime AFTER 3.” Our plan had been to swim until 4 then meet friends for dinner and our planned event. I’ve stayed in many hotels and have never been told this. I’d check in is at 3, you get your room at 3. We waited for over half an hour in the lobby, and they were busy so I can understand that. But then we were told by a nicer staff member he could switch us to a room that was ready. My son went to open the door and the room was full of another family’s items! Thank god they weren’t in there. By the time we got switched again it was about 4:30 and our plans had to be changed. I am incredibly disappointed and likely won’t stay again.
