There are many evacuee families staying there. The kids were making huge messes everywhere, they ran up and down the hallways. One child was riding a scooter everywhere. A few of the teenagers were high or drunk and they asked for cigarettes. No adults were supervising any kids at the pool.

Room was across the hall from a hospitality suite. !5 &16 year old volley ball tournament in town. Hall full of kids and parents partying in the hall. until 10:30. Someone partier knocking on door wanting to get in the room.

We enjoyed having the restaurant on site. The pool area was quiet and fun for kids. We just wish the whirlpool was working!!

Service in the restaurant was slow and family in other rooms complained of noise. Otherwise, I found it to be decent hotel at a decent price point.

Overall, it has been a comfortable stay, the check-in was fast and easy, the friendly staff where patient due to a glitch on my credit card/atm thing. they didnt make me feel i was annoying. I have stayed here prior and its been great, this trip there was a couple of bus loads of kids. and you know how that goes but by 11pm when the pool closed for the night all was well. I honestly didnt mind, my child enjoyed the pool so much we swam for 3 hours.

Property very well maintained and in good condition. Open pool courtyard lovely for families and allows relaxation. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Besides not being able to check in till 6pm. And them telling me they would call but did not i had to call them to see if i can check in yet. And unpleasent people talking loudly at 1am when ur trying to sleep and have children sleeping sucked

I liked that if we got to the hotel just before the pool closed, they still let us swim for an hour with the kiddos. Truly appreciated
