The status was great. They have an excellent night manager. Pool is clean, kids enjoyed. Room wa in good shape, clean.

We stayed for 1 night on our way through town. We got in right at 4pm and our room was ready and the check in staff was great. We tired our kids out at the pool for a few hours and the facilities were great! We had an early morning on the road so we were all in bed by 8pm and the hotel was quiet which was really nice! We got up early and had breakfast right when it opened at 6am and everything was delicious. The staff had everything ready and set up fresh. They were replenishing and refilling and taking away dishes all morning. On our way out one of our kids spilt a hot chocolate in our vehicle and the staff was great getting us some supplies to clean it up! Overall a great stay and the property was great and just what we needed for a quick stop! Staff was friendly and helpful!

Great stay for work with my family. The pool was crowded and the towels did not come out fast enough but to be expected over spring break. One complaint would be the kids unsupervised in the gym area doing ridiculous things and no parents or staff to kick them out. Otherwise breakfast was decent and the downstairs coffee machine is good. I’d come back but perhaps not spring break.

We checked in and were met by a friendly clerk who gave us all the information we needed to get to our room after a long day of travel. We did not use the pool but saw families who were enjoying it. The room was quiet and clean. We left before breakfast started but the staff let us in to make ourselves a bagged breakfast. There was a nice variety of food and the dining area was clean and spacious.

Had a great stay at the Best Western.My kids especially enjoyed the amenities of the hotel.Loved the water slide,pool,hot tub and sauna.I very much enjoyed the continental breakfast.Will definitely stay again.

Honestly，the nicest staff I have ever met staying at a hotel！ Front staff was extremely nice and helpful. Breakfast was good，under the circumstances lol. Only 4 tables for eating and a long line up，but staff was really friendly，unlike other hotels I've been to，she explained what was available and made great suggestions for my kids！Excellent food，No trouble with getting extras！ Pool and hot tub was available for use！very clean！
