Cleanliness breakfast was good friendly staff we were on main floor close to front desk seemed a little noisy after 10ish must have been some kids playing in lobby overall great

The stay was great. Not sure why but the floors in our room were very creaky and unlevel. Was Very busy with kids and not very sound proof rooms. Big gap under the door. Staff was excellent.

poor customer service. check in is at 3 but our room wasn’t ready until 5:45pm and we were just told “i don’t know when your room will be done” .. waiting in the lobby with 3 kids wasn’t ideal. staff didn’t seem to care either

My wife and 2 young kids came for a night away from home for a fun night. Everything was great. Breakfast was amazing and pool was fun

I loved hotel's pool. Our children enjoyed the pool. And also, I was satisfied with laundry. There was a problem when I tried to do laundry, but the staff solved it. He was really nice.

Loved the continental breakfast for our 2 toddlers that wake up starving.

Dog friendly, using keys card was able to enter and exit the stairwell doors for quick access to let the dog out. Pool area was huge with a slide. Slide is in its own area, great for those that don’t like to end up in deep water. Hot tub was hot not warm, the way it should be. Hallway was very noisy with neighbouring kids knocking at our door constantly, happy our dog didn’t react to terribly to this. We missed the 9:30am continental breakfast. There is nothing nearby that is walkable, car is needed especially with kids.

I was so disappointed with my stay. We had visited family here last time and it was such a pleasant atmosphere but this time we were not happy, first of all the pool was down the whole time..the reason we booked was to go with our family to the pool and had they said it was down when we came we would of went somewhere with a pool. There was no signs anywhere indicating the pool was closed until we went downstairs in our bathing suits. The food was left out all night and I have never seen this at any hotel. It’s always put away. When we went to our room there was mold all over the bottom of the shower. Also the front desk staff were just not happy to be there.
