Hotel was not in great shape. Too many people from refugees and such. We were there for family wedding and not all the people staying for free breakfast. A lot drunk people running around and banging at night and when we got up in morning there was food and garbage in the hall ways. Wouldn’t stay again

I love the stay, only part i didn’t like was the front desk lady who tried to get my kids out of the pool because we forgot our wristbands in the room. she then left a message on the room phone talking about us, calling us rude. we heard the whole thing. the manager said it was fine for the kids to stay in the pool but that lady was really really pushing it. so i hope something is done about her. i didn’t catch her name. she had an accent and red wrap on her head.

Check in was smooth and easy, front desk staff very helpful. Hotel and rooms were very clean. Restaurants bit of a let down, but water slide and pool were a huge hit with the kids!

Great for families. Pool was fun and room was clean and easy check in, A lot of parking spaces available. Negatives: a small coffee table in the room would have been helpful. The pool was fun and has a slide but a part of that slide is pitch dark and you may stop in the middle of it saw few kids got scared and did not go back on it again…. Tiny holes on top of the water tunnel for light would have heaped. High prices.

There was a cattle convention going on and the hotel smelled like a farmers barn. The elevators were dirty. The halls all smelled. It was disgusting! The restaurant has a small bar kind of menu so nothing fancy. Would not stay there again unless I knew what was going on there. The room was nice and clean and the staff were friendly. Didn’t use the pool as there was a lot of kids there. It looked amazing for kids with the water slide!!

Love it’s connected to rodeo grounds and hockey rink. Lots of restaurants around. Downfall is that the beds ( or at least ours) need replacing. They were so loud when you rolled over it woke other people up. We had issues with young kids screening / parents yelling at the kids next to us till 2am, phone front desk but nothing done.

Stayed here for 4 nights. Rooms were spacious, and clean. Air Conditioning was super cold which was fantastic as it was hotter then the surface of the sun outside while we were there, lol. Noticed a lot of used pool towels piled up in the stairwells on a daily basis. Really enjoyed the Pool, especially since we had 2 young children with us. Went to Aalto's for Lunch one day for the advertised Buffet, only to find out they only have it on certain days so that was kind of disappointing. Ordered there anyways and wasn't impressed with the service there. Wouldn't eat there again - but overall we did have a good stay & will stay again in the Future. Staff were very professional & kind.

Pros: Clean rooms, great central location, and pool with slide for the kids Cons: noisy at night due to bar downstairs with loud music playing until 2 am. Pool needs upkeep and repairs to kids pool. Pool water was too cold for the kids as well. Rules at pool were not being enforced such as people walking in pool area with outside footwear
