We had a delightful four-night stay with our children at the hotel. The team there was incredibly welcoming, with one staff member kindly informing us about the Salmon fry event, which was a hit with the kids. The breakfast service was consistently energetic and exceptional, thanks to the dedicated server. Small conveniences like the coffee machine and water fountains made a significant difference for our family. The breakfast offerings were diverse and always fresh. The lounge’s inviting ambiance and spaciousness provided the perfect setting to unwind and catch a game. Our stay was truly enjoyable.

The waterslide was down due to a child contaminating it but staff was amazing. They provided alternatives and tried their very best. We did get in to the pool the next day and waterslide is amazing! Kids (13, 15) were thrilled. Breaky was excellent. So many gr8 options including eggs which were not watery, bacon, sausages, and good hash browns. Hotel and surroundings are superior. Quiet, beautiful. Peaceful. Staff is plentious and friendly! Our fav out of many hotels this trip.

I’ve stayed here with my husband, 4 kids, and dog many times over the past few years. We keep coming back as it’s a great place to stay. The kids loved how fast the water slide is, & the pool is really warm.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The kids loved the pool and waterslide. There is a restaurant within the hotel which was great because there aren't too many dining options in Valemount otherwise. Also, included breakfast is within the restaurant.

We enjoy staying here because its convenient and a great place for family. The breakfast was over the top and the breakfast hostess was a darling!!! My kids loved her!! The restaurant (for dinner) however is painfully expensive. Not convenient for a family with very picky little kids. The pool is amazing. My kids talk about the slide every time we visit. And we sooooo appreciate having swim towels available also. Thank you
