Loft room is great for families. Bed was super uncomfortable, and I am not a picky mattress person.

Would’ve liked to get information that the pool was not working our main reason on booking that was for the pool as we have a small child

We had a last minute check-in with a family of 6 and they were quick to accommodate! Very happy with the price and the quality of service and room

The place was ok and cute at the same time. It had a nice pool for the kids but a only warm hot tub. My biggest complain is the beds. Usually hotel beds are great and I have good sleeps. This time around I was tossing and turning, and my kids said the same for their beds as well. Also, the breakfast is way over priced considering many other hotels include the same breakfast for free.

Loved the rooms and area! Only issues we had was parking was DREADFUL. There was essentially no parking and I had to walk about a block with my bags and a toddler on my hip in the snow and mush. Wasn’t ideal. Other than that room was perfect.

We've stayed in these units a few times...they are older and even though they have been upgraded at least once in the past few years, they already are looking rough around the edges and could be cleaner and smell better. The one thing that sells this place to a lot of families is the pool, but realistically, could probably stay in a nicer place and use the Rec Center.

This hotel’s room didn’t have any heating, me and my kids were shivering whole night in cold. After requesting for solutions hotel staff was unable to give any solution, can I get my money back from this hotel?

This trip fell into place last minute late thursday night! We needed a room for 2 adults and three teenagers. Jasper Inn and Suites was perfect. The suite I chose had a separate bed room with a comfy queen bed, and a loft with 3 single beds and a tv. Actually there were 3 tv's total! The suite also had a kitchenette. We arrived late friday night(kids had school), and were checked in by a friendly polite young woman. Unfortunately the pool and restaurant were both closed. Wish I knew that before I booked. Seems at this time of year,(mid Nov) things are quiet in Jasper and a lot of stuff is closed or not happening again until Dec 5th. Things turned out fine. The kitchenette is well appointed- but no oven. We made breakfasts there. We all really enjoyed the hotel. It's compact but well thought out. Private space for all, a fireplace and a balcony facing the neighbourhood and mountains. Good location and well maintained. A reasonable rate too. We haven't stayed in Jasper for years because it's expensive and hotels are old, and rooms are tiny. This trip this time of year proved my preconceptions wrong! We were able to swim at a different hotel when we ran into family members we didn't know were also in Jasper! Would we stay here again? Yes in a heartbeat! But I may call ahead to see if the pool is actually open!
